I had a great experience here. Thank you Allana for all your help with our new phones. It was very great service and I love my new phone . I never owned an iPhone before but I’m in love with it. You got us in and out in timely manner and answered our questions.

Lani was great, she put her self in my position, understood my frustrations and made sure to explain everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Even had a few jokes between us. Will definitely be sending more friends her way!!

Beyond excellent service. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked the purpose of our visit. Then we were addressed every few minutes while we waited. We were offered bottled water as we waited to be helped. We then ran into a ridiculously frustrating experience with at&t causing us to still be in the store well after hours and we never felt like we were a burden or rushed in any way in fact we were encouraged to stay while they helped us figure out a way to complete what we set out to do! Also, had some good laughsand felt like family/friends!

“G” was great and fixed my plan for me! He explained what the problems were with my plan and bill. He even talked to customer service to help me explain my billing problem which was quickly fixed. All of this after going to another store location where things were messed up and not explained to me, then when I went back to get it fixed no one was even there to open that store!

So a couple days ago i went to the York,PA store and got amazing service!
Guess what!!!!! I got amazing service AGAIN at the Lancaster store location this time. I was greeted immediately when walking in by a young lady "Kat" and to my surprise Edna was there and made me so happy again! I was having problems setting up my icloud account and happened to be in Lancaster since my job involves a lot of traveling. Edna directed me to Kat who helped me resolve my icloud issue immediately and showed me a few tricks with my iphone i didn't know about! TALK ABOUT TECH SAVVY GIRLS! They were once again so amazing! I wish every retail store was as caring and detail oriented as the Cricket Girls in York and Lancaster!! Thanks once again girls!

Allana made me feel so much better after my frustrations with my service and she went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of so glad I went to that store and met her!!!!

I bought my iPhone 11 from there there nice ,friendly and very helpful. They answer and solve any of the questions I have.
