CVS

The pharmacy was very busy when I arrived for my vaccine appointment. It turned out that I was at the wrong CVS. I was nervous about the shot and thinking I would just go home. However, the pharmacist, Raj, was very helpful and got my info from the other store. Thank you, Raj and I hope you got your lunch break.

This 5 stars goes to Randi who works at the register in the pharmacy.
She is so professional and she is so patient and has really good skills in customer service.
Today I had a bad experience, Randi was asking kind and patient way to a technician named Destine to help her because it was a big line of customers and she was the only one at the register, but this technician responded to her on the rud way and yelled at her " that she's not going to help her at all.
I feel so frustrated and sad at the same time because Randi was so kind and she said to me "My apologies, my apologies "

Second CVS we stopped at for antibiotics. Not only did they have it, but they didn’t blindly fill it and fixed it when it would’ve been too much. Had to wait, but would gladly wait to have things correct.

My 5-star rating goes to Michael, the pharmacist who gave me and my wife our "new Covid" vaccinations at 7am today, a Saturday. From conversations we overheard among the staff as Michael was preparing our shots, we learned that he had worked the overnight shift. But his attitude and friendliness were in top form. Apparently, as seen in other reviews, my experience was a bit of an outlier. For me, it is kudos to Michael for being friendly, welcoming and very competent, all the way to the end of his shift. I hope his good customer service skills can be an example for all the pharmacy employees at this CVS store.

This isn’t my usual pharmacy but I needed a fill outside my local pharmacy’s hours and this CVS is 24/7. The women who helped me, I believe her name was Randi (or something that started with an R) was exceptional. She helped me patiently and was even polite and kind to extremely rude customers who were in front of me in line. She was the sweetest pharmacy worker I’ve ever encountered! Super helpful and genuine.

Went into the pharmacy to get some prescriptions and everyone was super friendly and helpful! The first gentleman who helped me (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was very nice and checked me in quickly. Betsy, who checked me out when the scrips were ready, was so sweet and personable. 10/10 customer service :)

This CVS has come a very long way, even in just the past few months! With a new GM calling the shots, new employees that are courteous and helpful, as well as knowledgeable, this place deserves a better rating now. If you wrote it off in the past, try again. Its cleaner, and sure the pharmacy shuts down sometimes, but thats more to do with the current times and not the fault of CVS. Good experience all around.

I was at store this morning and I found everything I came in for I needed some help w a new medical card for savings the cashier was so patient n helpful her name is Marti I felt so at ease at checkout n I also saved a lot w my care pass n coupons n i left feeling pretty good knowing I purchased everything I needed n saved a lot great store n great experience good day all around !!

The pharmacy staff, and CVS staff are kind and courteous and respect privacy. You may wait at times because it is a 24 hour facility, they have a lot to fill, but it is worth it because they are open 24/7 so if you work odd hours it is very convenient.

My daughter had a late evening doctor's appointment and needed a prescription. I called the store to find out when it would be ready and they advised that they would prioritize it. They had filled the order within 15 minutes of my call. Thank you for the prompt service!

I went in to pick up a prescription for my son who currently lost his job the antibiotics were 259 an employee by the name of Betsy helped me so much she show me how to down load an app and it was 200 dollars left. God Bless you for an excellent customer service.

Always top notch service, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Pharmacists even during staffing shortages.

The service and attitude at this particular CVS is outstanding. It's actually surprising that the people who work here are this friendly and helpful because its so rare these days! This is far above par.

I went here today to pick up something and they were very quick!

They are open 24 hours. Easy access from highway. Great choice of over the counter products and pharmacy! The photo department is very efficient.

I've never had an issue at this store. The clerks are very nice and the self checkout machines actually work.

Nora is the best cashier. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

All staff know what they are talking about as far as products go
