Pitt Stop

Omg this is the best blueberry slushi/icee/ frozen drink I've ever had!!! They have 4 flavors but this blueberry one is just amazingness!!!! Go get you one! And the lady working tonight was very nice and kind deserves a raise!!

Terri made my day! Well... I was in the neighborhood and needed some gas and refreshments. Luckily, I found this little gem of a store and the manager Terri was so pleasant. I will definitely revisit this location due to the outstanding customer service by Terri and her staff. Thank you Pitt Stop.

Yesterday, On July 28, 2023 at 1:23 pm. I stopped at the Pit Stop #5 located at 1127 Lake Murray in Irmo, SC
The advertised price for gas at every station including this location was posted to say 3.59 per gallon. I entered my alternate id for my fuel rewards discount, paid for my snacks, gas, and proceeded to pump #6. As I am pumping I check the price at the pump and it read a price of $3.65 per gallon. My fuelrewards discount was not added and the price was higher than around the city of Columbia and Irmo advertised. I asked the store clerk that totaled my transaction and he directed me to the store manager. As detailed my plight to the store manager. His reply to me was that "There was nothing he could do. I do not have any information for the store owner neither corporate office for you to contact." I asked in case if an emergency, who do you call? He says "I do not know, someone usually finds out." As I actively trying to not flip my lid. He jots down a number on piece of receipt paper and slides it across the counter to me.The manager of the store says "This is the number for my manager" As I arrived home and attempt to call the provided number to management of the Pit Stop #5, located at 1127 Lake Murray in Irmo, SC. I am surprised to find out that the number provided is out of service. I am enraged at this point. Because,
he intentionally gave me a fake number. And I request to be made whole by the discrepancy of pricing, the total disregard of hard earned funds by the representative of that business, and dismal customer service. What should be done next?

I just stopped in to my local Pit Stop on Lake Murray Boulevard and picked up a drink along with the lottery tickets. The guy in front of me had what I thought was a 7-Up and he was able to get solar eclipse glasses. Well when I asked I was told it had to be a Coke product. Did not know that. So I said can I exchange what I have for Coke product although I had already paid, she said nope. I just think that was not very customer oriented. True it was my mistake not knowing it had to be a Coke product but she was not very helpful. It's not the matter of the eclipse glasses it's just it's just the way she responded. Needless to say I will not be coming back to the Lake Murray Boulevard Pit Stop.
