Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I was ill and could not drive to the Sugarland Sherwin Williams store, the only store that had a product called Kaboom in stock. I told the young lady I needed it but could not come for it so I asked if it could be sent to the SW near me and I'd ask the painter to drive over and pick it up. He drives in from Humble and I felt really bad asking him to drive all the way to Sugarland too. She said oh, no worries, she'd have it delivered. It arrived the next day. I was so grateful!

I came to this store twice with little experience with paint. Both times Adam helped me, especially yesterday (the second time I was there), I spent a good amount time with some return and a bunch of questions of another project I need help with, Adam was so patient and kind and knowledgable. He truly cares about customers and wants to help.

I am very appreciative of the amount of time the employee took and his excellent advice regarding the paint types I needed to purchase. Had he just listened to what I thought I needed, it would have been a huge mistake for me. Although I am sure it was obvious I don't know much about types of paint, he was non-judgmental about that and just continued to explain things in a manner until I understood it. At the point of sale, he asked if my contractor had an account with them and I didn't know so I called him and he confirmed that he did, which gave me an additional 30% off the price. The thing is, I didn't even know that was a possibility (the contractor didn't tell me beforehand) and I really appreciate the savings. I received excellent customer service all around at Sherwin Williams today!!!

Trinity was very helpful and knowledgeable about the paint she answered all my questions.

There's a young lady who is the Assistant Manager, she is awesome. She was able to direct me to another type of paint that is in stock that would be even better than what I had wanted. Great product knowledge. I will be coming back to shop again!

I went to SW to get some paint samples yesterday . I was assisted by Michelle, she was extremely helpful and patient with my specific requests - mixed 50% & 70% of agreeable grey, and gave me some tips too. Thanks Michelle!

Sherwin Williams provide great paint and selections. They are local to me and fully focussed to be a paint supplier of choice, it is not a sideline !!

They have excellent knowledgeable staff, who go out of their way to provide first class service and support when needed.

Their prices are steadily rising but with sales and discounts offered they are still the best value for my money.

Great place to get your painting supplies. Easy to get into and parking is plenty. You can see it from hwy 6. It's busy early in the morning on a weekday as lots of paint professionals get their supply for the job here. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Good place to shop. Subscribe so you can get in on their deals.

The whole gang are accommodating to all my special requests and regularly educate me on new products! My SW Rep (Marwin) has been awesome! Calls regularly to keep in touch and solve any of my needs! First class outfit!

The sales associate was very helpful in my choosing the colors and the loge purchase.

Kurt was very knowledgeable! I told him what I was looking for and he was able to show me exactly what I wanted! I chose three samples and we will see how they look on the walls. Everyone there was very friendly.
