Everyone at this location is absolutely wonderful! From the greeting to check out I was treated so kindly. Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable about the clothing! Awesome place overall.

I went to the University Park location during Parents weekend and it was SO busy! However that didn’t stop Elissa (the store manager) from providing me and others with EXCELLENT customer service. She was checking on all the customers and helping at the register all while being so friendly, courteous, and approachable. She went out of her way to help me decide what I wanted and ordered it for me! If only all store managers could do it half as well as Elissa! Customer for life!😊

I just love this store! Actually I love the whole shopping plaza but this Free People was the Jewel in the Crown. After a long day of shopping I was greeted by the sweetest sales girl! She introduced herself as Sabrina, welcomed me to the store and proceeded to give me a tour. She was so enthusiastic and pleasant. I could have not felt more welcome!

I went in to free people on an Monday and had the coolest experience with the staff. Elisa (named after a boat) and Alex were wonderful. So helpful and very personable. Thank you ladies. Love my jeans
