I walked into JcPenny today and visited the hair salon to pierce my ears and Mirian proceed to pierce my ear lobes. The service was excellent and the earings are high quality. The ones I purchased were 14k gold and the perfect size. Highly recommend!!!

Decent prices but not enough staff. Make sure you look a the clearance items, you might find a good surprise there!

I was a regular shopper at JC Penney in California when my kids were young and the stores were always in a mall. Imagine my surprise when we moved to TX, and I saw they had their own full size stand alone building! After 3 years of living here, I finally went in to shop with my daughter for body foundation for her prom dress. I was stunned at the overall organization of the store. Unlike my Cali experiences, the store was clean, neatly organized, and has an outstanding selection of clothing and accessories. I had to stay focused because with their selection, I could have definitely spent a mint!! What we thought was going to be a backbreaking hunt for the right fit turned out to be a breeze. The saleswoman in lingerie was extremely helpful and friendly. Even with one central checkout line, service was fast, and the cashiers were very pleasant. I was back a week later to find pants for my other daughter, and JCPenney did not disappoint. Katy JCPenney, keep up the great work. I will be back!

I had an issue with charges on my JC Penny card! I went to the Katy JC Penny store to hopefully resolve the issue. Anthony, who I believe is the store manager, arrived promptly when called and took care of the issue in a relatively short amount of time!! Kudos to Anthony!! This young man was AWESOME!! I am so appreciative of the manner in which he conducted himself and the time he took to explain what had happened!! Y’all definitely have a customer for life❤

First, I am unable to drive, so my wife drove me when we visited here around 1700 one Thursday. I needed semi formal clothes that were not going to take a long, drive and time to get because they were needed as soon as possible. The stores cleanliness and it things for purchase met our expectations. The cashier, Trevor and his manager that came to help exceeded the expectations and more. We will be back even win the need for anything they sell comes back to our needs. Rock on Trevor

I love my local JCP store and their employees. 👏👏👍They are generally very nice and helpful. 💯However, I had a very upsetting experience concerning their store policy of my credit balance being applied toward a store purchase. Their policy is not customer friendly at all!!!👎

Good store with always new fashion

Absolutely love the great deals that you can encounter, with very good quality clothing. From higher end brands to lower end. Meets everyone's budget. Be patient and look at the clearance section 1st then venture out to the other areas. Always be aware of the online and in store sales, or app promotions as the associates don't remind you of any promotions.

Although I only shop here when they have a sale, I am never disappointed with their selection of Big and Tall clothes. Also, I feel like a valued customer by sales associates willing to help me in my shopping needs, and cashiers trying to make sure I am getting the most savings on my purchase with coupons or trying to ring me up and out the store in a quick and efficient manner. On my recent visit at 23523 Grand Cir Blvd, Katy, TX 77449, my cashier Lisa went above and beyond with ringing up my order and helping me maximize my savings.

The ladies that work the front register (by Sephora) are always pleasant. They welcome you and ask if you need help without prompting. If you say, "I'm just looking for now"... they leave you be and allow you to shop without harassing you. However, if you require their assistance, they are helpful beyond belief. I love this store.
