Today was my first time at this CVS and it was pleasant. The associate was very helpful even though she was by herself. Sorry I didn’t get her name.

I really appreciate great customer service. Thank you Laura for your professionalism and patience. I observed Laura helping an older patron who was having trouble. Laura took her time and saw to it that the customer was taken care of completely. It was very refreshing to see someone focusing on customer care and not ignoring every person coming through the door.

We were visiting Houston from Austin and had an pediatric urgent care visit on the way. Our prescription was sent to here and people were so nice. I am surprised by the low rating of this location. People at the pharmacy were super nice and they prepared our prescription in 15min. I could get the pharmacists name but he was very cool. We chat about east coast vs. Texas. Boston, Maryland and so on. We really appreciate their care and attention to us. Thank y’all!

After having a horrible experience at the Walgreens on Franz I came here to get my vaccines. I was done and out the door in 15 minutes free of charge.

If Glen isn’t making at least $20 an hour I’d be appalled. I only come to this location in hopes to catch him here. whenever I stop in it’s usually because I’m having a pretty bad asthma attack which causes me a lot of anxiety, glens wonderfully welcoming smile and great energy has never failed to bring me comfort.

Jacob, the store mgr, is always pleasant, knowledgeable of where i can find a product and has a very approachable demeanor when i need to ask a question.

I was visiting TX for a day last week. Went to pick up a prescription, and left my DL at the pharmacy counter by mistake. After getting ahold of store management, they were kind enough to ship my DL back home after I noticed it was missing when I got to TSA at the airport! Thank you!

My name is Edgar Lizama and on Aug 2 around 430p, I stopped by CVS #6747 to pick up a prescription. Little did I know that the prescription I was about to pick up was over 75.00 (with insurance). I was very hesitant on getting the prescription because it was so expensive.

This is where your amazing pharmacy staff stepped in to save the day. Lori and the staff helped me find a coupon that would significantly save me money on the prescription. They ultimately they saved 40 dollars on the prescription.

The extra mile that Lori and the staff made to make sure I walked out with my prescription was incredible. The customer service they provided was awesome.

We are from out of state and stayed in Katy while my husband could go to MD Anderson. It was a stressful visit because of the cancer diagnosis but this pharmacy did an amazing job of not only accommodating my husbands pharmacy needs but also the temporary transfer of my meds due to an extended stay. We will always be grateful for that. Thank you!

Words can’t expres how greatful and thankful I am with Mr. Rohan the pharmacist here! He went above and beyond for us to make sure that my children got their Flu medicine today. His fast actions on transferring 3 patient medications and made everything that Walgreens thought was impossible on insurance verification, POSSIBLE so that my children wouldn’t go another minute without their meds. Thank you so much Mr. Rohan, you rock!!

Very helpful and informative pharmacy staff

I've come here a couple of times and both times the cashier Blanca has been so friendly and has great customer service. The minute clinic staff is also very nice.

Opened 24 hours, now with self check out machines.

Pretty good for what I needed. I recommend reading an e-book while waiting in line.

These pharmacy folks are the hardest working in Texas! Even though they are chronically overworked at this Katy location, they are always polite and professional.
