CVS

I go to this particular CVS that is a 20min drive from my house specifically because they always have my prescription medications in stock. Other locations (the one down the street from my house) have taken my prescription, processed it, then failed to tell me they didn't even have any of the medication on the premises. One pharmacy technician by the name of Brian is particularly good at his job. Any problem you could possibly have, he is capable of solving. Being served by him is always fast and efficient and a pleasant experience. This is the best CVS location in Arlington.

At the beginning of 2018, I was FORCED by my insurance to switch from Walgreens to CVS. It was a HUGE blessing in disguise!!! Not that I had any preferences, I’m just one of those weird people who hate change & I had been with Walgreens for such a very long time. Turns out this CVS store is TOTALLY AWESOME!!! I just called and told the pharmacy I need a refill on some antibiotics & needed them very quickly. Within only a FEW MINUTES I received a text message on my iPhone saying my prescription was ready to pick up at CVS. WOW!!! I had barely even hung up the phone. But it’s really no surprise because that’s how the operate. They take their jobs VERY seriously and hold themselves to extremely high standards. Their stock is excellent with the best prices in town & if a med is needed or out-of-stock, they get it there VERY quickly. They are always super friendly, highly professional and treat every client with the utmost respect, even when it’s closing time and I can tell that they are tired. Doesn’t matter to them because they won’t even think about stopping until the job is done...with a smile and genuine gladness of heart to help. You don’t find that often!!! And everyone knows how hardly they work as it requires a superhero to do their jobs, literally. I just want to give credit where credit is due and not only say a HUGE THANK YOU, but to KEEP KICKING IT CVS A-TEAM @ STORE #7650!!!

Shout out to Maria! You went above and beyond helping my elderly mother. I wish all employees had the compassion and impeccable customer service you provide. You are truly one of a kind!❤

This evening I had a very courteous lady on staff help me quickly find an item at the end of a long hard day. (Said it was her second day at the store, transferred from another location). Thank you!

After receiving the WORST service at the 5900 Pleasant Ridge location, I returned to this CVS. Fast, curtious, respectful, ACCURATE ...a complete 180 degree difference. Hey, 5900, go spend some time over there learning how to do it right.

Pharmacy is always helpful and kind. Parul was especially helpful with photo and store questions.

The supervisor was really nice and helpful. She was really positive, and peoples person.

Bryan at the pharmacy is dope af. Always positive energy and super helpful. Makes things easier 👍👍

The people who work here are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I always walk thru the door and feel like I am at home.

Fast and friendly. I was in and out of the drive through in less then a minute and a half at lunch time!
