7-Eleven

On Sunday, July 23, 2023. I came in the afternoon for gas and iced coffee. There wasn't any iced coffee available but the employee changed it out for me. Without me asking they just saw it wasn't working and told me they would replace it. Both the gentlemen working that afternoon were very friendly and gave outstanding customer service. They even talked to me about the new coffee machines they have in case I wanted to try them next time.

You can say what you want about 7-Eleven's, they basically all have the same things, coffee, gas, coffee, food, coffee, snacks...you get the picture. The coffee is always on point and I love the staff, they have made this my favorite Chesapeake 7- Eleven! When the Black Flex is coming down G-Dub you can bet that it will stop at this store!

A great location during day time hours but they do become very busy during peak times. You'll have to practice a little patience. But it's worth the wait. Day time staff is very hard working and always up-keeping the store, everyone has always been very welcoming, friendly and polite. However, the overnight staff while still hard working are not very welcoming or polite and it's a completely different atmosphere. I would also like to mention the Bunn coffee urn system is thoroughly cleaned twice daily and the ICE Machine is often properly cleaned and maintained. Enjoy you're hot or cold beverage with confidence.

I went to the 711 At 1169 George Washington highway Chesapeake Virginia 23323 on Tuesday night around 10:20 p.m. bought some Triple A batteries got home the batteries were the wrong size kept my receipt and the batteries never been open we took them back today for the workers to tell me that they don't do refunds or exchanges whatever you buy from 711 is yours whether you can use it or not Does anybody know the corporate number for this store cause I'm calling wavy TV10 news This these batteries cost me $9 of my Is hard earn money and I want my money back

Great pizza

Just got out of this 7-Eleven on George Washington Highway and Canal I have been coming here since its opening day but today the woman that was behind the register decided to give me attitude and every time I come here I ordered the same stuff and she act like it was difficult to give me what I ordered which is 10 taquitos I do not appreciate her rolling her eyes at me and sticking her nose up in the air like I am a bother for showing up today

It's a 7/11!

There's a new manager in this store and for some reason he feels it is okay to confront me on a business matter in front of customers. I quit the position I held at this store because he spoke to me rudely on many occasions. I don't understand how 7-Eleven Corporation allows this store to do such activities. The manager is rude, the owner is even worse because I was told she told him to band me, but for WHAT?
I hope there will be a positive result from this comment about this location store number 37037 7-Eleven Corporation needs to investigate this store immediately making a bad name

Stopped in late Friday early Saturday for a slice of pizza....... pizza was so bad the cashier tried to give it to me 4 free..... I asked him would he eat it he said no.... well why would you allow your customers to buy it.... they were very polite and I go there often but I just found this to be disturbing 🤷🏾‍♀

Now wants to scan your ID to get cigs. So they can sell your info to all types of scammers/advertisements. Go f yourself corporate...the tabacco shop is 20 seconds up the same road.

Charging full price for whatever barcode they scan on the cup... For just a cup of ice!!! That's disgusting. It's 107° out today... As a former manager of several 7-Elevens... Maybe my franchisee had more money than this franchise he had and didn't need to charge full price for a cup of ice because he only ever charged 50 cents... And if you brought in your own cup/thermos it was free. The supposed assistant manager, when confronted with this, said the cups alone were not 20 something cents... They were the Cup's cost with the barcode costs... Obviously she doesn't know what she's doing and she doesn't know how to break down prices of items per each... It's a scary thing that having used to run a business to have an assistant manager who doesn't know how much a cup in the lid empty costs and tries to manipulate customers into believing that the cost of the cup and lid alone are the cost of the barcode the day choose to scan at that point in time.
I'm going to tell all my landscaping / construction/city workers connections to never ever go to the 7-Eleven because this "franchisee" is a dirty rotten scoundrel low life scum.

I wouldn't advise anyone to eat here. They have a RAT running around in the store somewhere in the vents that they haven't caught yet. They have mouse traps set up under sink by the coffee bar because apparently that's where the rodents roams the most. Please be aware of what you eat at this place.

A third instance of the ATM failure to print a receipt within a week. When reported the clerk said the machine was serviced yesterday with no intention or care to resolve (stood there like "Willie Wump
