Outstanding customer service! I called this Walgreens in hopes that they would have my daughters insulin in stock. Unfortunately they did not but Annie was so helpful! She was able to check local inventory and found another Walgreens that had the full prescription amount. Not only did she find one but she called them personally to verify they had it and then transferred the prescription for me! She was so nice and courteous throughout the whole process. I have been a Walgreens customer for more than 10 years and have never received this level of customer service. Thanks Annie!

These people giving 1 star are the kind of people who come into urgent cares the last minute before closing and expect to be waited on aka the bane of my existence.

Healthcare is suffering and taking it out on the pharmacy staff is retarded. Same idea as not tipping the waiter cus you didn't like the food.

Medications are being on backorder and every pharmacy is in the same boat. The employees who work here are patient, kind, and will go beyond to help you. They cannot control the big pharma nor win every fight against your insurance. Today I got my medications earlier against my insurances will because of the hard to get supply demand. I didn't believe they could do it but they did. I am grateful. But damn, the reviews.

I only dealt with the pharmacy and their staff, so the stars go entirely to them. I just want to say that the people there were all friendly, and personable. They telephoned me earlier to let me know something would impact my appointment time later in the evening. They then, asked how THEY could help ME. My point? They called me! They talked to me and apologized, and asked how they could accommodate me under the new circumstances. They let me come right in and took care of the situation. This group is excellent!

I moved to this area from Virginia Beach and they transferred over several prescriptions from other locations. I really did not know this was a thing, but Nichole gave me a quick step by step on the process. I was fortunate each time to have no lines when I went in - and the pharmacists were very polite and helpful.

The store is very clean and well lit. I really like how much room there is in the parking lot. Easy to get into and out of the parking lot in addition. The cashier at the front of the store is very adept and always smiling. Another employee noted I was going isle to isle looking for something specific, and she stepped up and assisted me.

I'm very glad I found a Walgreens so close to my home.

I visit the pharmacy weekly, either the drive-thru or in-store. I have been using this location since July 2016. The pharmacist, Nicole, and all the pharmacy techs are attentive, professional and compassionate. They are normally very busy but they take time with their customers. The store is always well-stocked and clean. They communicate with you in a timely manner regarding prescription availability.

Great pharmacy staff! Tech was nice enough to help me look for an over the counter product, didn’t make me full rushed or embarrassed about the type of questions I asked and referred me to the pharmacy manager Nicole who was SUPER helpful with great advice on how to handle my issue! Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Very efficient and always have my prescription ready when I get there. Better than Fredrick Blvd store, conventaite from home.
