I had a refreshing experience at this location today even though the item I needed was not available. Stu was the associate who went above and beyond to help me. He helped me find the product line I was looking for, called other locations upon realizing the item I needed was not in stock, and even offered to help me find alternative products. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and professional. Although I was disappointed I left with no purchase, I was thankful for the customer service I received.

Stu at this location was awesome. I kept calling him and bugging him about some products that were out of stock in most locations. He was professional and friendly each time.

Went in Today to get hair dye and received Amazing help from Victor. He helped me get the exact color I was looking for and even told me how to properly apply it so that it comes out it’s best, he also gave me great tips and showed me different products to help my hair maintain its shine and volume. Above and beyond service from Victor !!!

I walked in lost for products and Tiffany and Victoria were HUGE helps. They jumped in answering all my questions without any hesitation. While in the store, they helped every person who walked in and needed it. Great experience!

I'm so happy with the customer service I received from Victor. This is my first time bleaching and coloring. Victor went above and beyond to help me find what products I needed and products he recommends. To top it all off he texted me instructions in how to use the products to receive the best results. OMG,So many new products I've never seen Sally's with this much colorful new items and Chandra was very helpful she had a mental note of all the benefits of alot of the products went in to spend maybe 15$ but left with 70$ worth of natural hair items,let just say shes good of the key points Thanks Sally's

Today I was in this store and the cashier or saleswoman with a horrible bad attitude. She seems like she doesn't want to sell or as if I went to "beg" to give me what I was looking for. consider this because this is the type of staff that bankrupt businesses.

Product selection was decent. Great customer service, Zaria was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Victoria and Miracle were so helpful and patient in explaining how I needed to bleach my extensions. They were very knowledgeable about color and so nice = )

This store has made great improvements not only did I find out new staff but the store is clean and organized now,and the young lady Shawn was willing to help with my needs as well as checked back room for item I needed more of Great Job Sally's making changes to location.Only issues I had was clearance needed clear prices.

Victoria is the only one in all the years of me coming to this store that has had impeccable customer service consistently. Promotion is a MUST!!!

Lashan the manager has turned this old junkie Location into a new looking store from what I use to see here.Store has some Sales,Sales,Sales Even Clippers on sale which usually you don't find as Sally Beauty oh an they price match now so thing I use th o leave and get elsewhere I was able to get one stop

I searched all over the city looking For Ecostyler Black Castor Oil and Flaxseed gel. They were The only location to have it in stock!!!
