Hollywood Feed

The people always greet you and offer help when you walk in the store. The selection of high quality foods and other items makes it easy to fit the needs of any dog age, type, etc. I have not used the delivery service or curbside pickup, but it's nice to have those conveniences available if needed. Nice to have Hollywood Feed in the neighborhood!

This location is by far the best IMO! I usually come here for the self service dog wash and Micheal is always very helpful when it comes to general questions or recommendations about products. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I couldn’t help but give 5 stars! The prices were amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Immediately after entering the store, an employee greeted me and helped me find the dog food I needed, and even offered to bring it to the front and to my car for me.

I love going to this store in person but I also love that they offer free shipping & same day delivery! Everyone in the store is very friendly and happy to help as soon as you walk in. Their prices are comparable to what I have bought at the grocery store but their products are superior and I appreciate their knowledge of the products & customer service.

I just stopped by with my pup Bella who is recovering from major surgery. I bought an Elk antler with the help of Deargo. Marilyn, another associate, joined in to say hi to her. Needing to pop into the grocery store next door for a quick shop I asked if they could watch my Bella for a few minutes. They said yes and and allowed me to get groceries while they continued her constant care. This is reason #47 why I shop at Hollywood feed. Their people love animals, understand their human parents, and have fantastic product knowledge. A+

Love this location and the service we get. We enjoy taking our dog in to shop and we really appreciate the same day dog food delivery. Every delivery has been smooth, the people who deliver the food are always kind and they make sure the food is in good shape. We like the detail of the thank you note on each bag of food :)

I have received consistent excellent service from my usual location for more than a year. Initially I thought the level of customer service I received was location specific. However, I recently I placed an online order for delivery and it was moved to the Brookhaven location due to an inventory issue. I was amazed to learn that the company reached out to another location instead of canceling my order or removing the item. I also discovered that the level of service expands to all stores. The Brookhaven store was also out of the item I originally ordered but Lizzy went the extra mile and found a comparable replacement toy for my dog and left a lovely note explaining the situation and that I could return it if I didn't like the selection. I truly appreciate the additional effort she gave for a non-regular customer, and wanted to ensure well deserved acknowledgement was given.

They listen carefully about your dog and recommend 2-3 high quality options for food at a fair price. When you walk in the door, they offer to assist right away and will even carry the large bag of food out to your car. The quality level is noticeable in my German Shephards' health and energy level. The dogs start campaigning for the food an hour before the normal feeding time.

Everyone loved my poodle’s cut was asked by several people who saw him, who my groomer was and if she was taking more customers.

First day going to the Hollywood Feed in Brookhaven. Loved it. The guy was so nice! He was nice enough to give us a discount! Second time was a little weird, I went before closing time and this other guy was attending us, he acted as if he didn’t care and he just wanted to leave. Honestly, I would’ve done the same but at least have some enthusiasm. But I get it, it was a long day. At most of the Hollywood feed stores, I’ve had an amazing experience. Thank you guys!

They have the best customer service!! I would highly recommend them to any fur baby parents!

I had a bag of food delivered to my apartment complex on Memorial Day when I was out of town. The leasing office was closed and the driver called me to confirm where she could leave my order. I told her to place it by the leasing office. Sadly, someone stole the dog food before I could get to it. It was completely my fault, but I reached out to their customer service and let them know what happened. They responded so quickly and without a second thought, they replaced my order! I had a new bag of food delivered the SAME DAY! It was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. I am a customer for life!

Outside of their same-day delivery service, they also have endless options of food, toys, treats, accessories, and wellness products. Their staff is super friendly and always give my dog lots of attention and treats when we come in. We love Hollywood Feed!

I’m a USMC vet from Afghanistan. I have a 16 yr old Shih tzu who is disabled who I live immensely and helps me with my PTSD. he is hard of hearing and lost an eye. I trust the groomer Melissa with his life
No other groomer is as gentle with him and able to make him look amazing at the same time.

Over the last year, I've taken to fostering dogs and this location of Hollywood Feed has become my go-to for supplies. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the selection and prices are great! I had been using their curbside services (which are so quick and convenient) but recently started shopping in-store and was blown away by how helpful everyone is. Everything they have helped me pick out has been a hit with the pups!

This was a lovely store with such a warm & comfy feeling! DeArgo was a courteous and most helpful store worker! He was beyond helpful in adsisting in finding just the right dog food for my lil 5 lb pomeranian!! The customer service & genuine care that i find the right food, was so refreshing!

Melissa and the team over at Hollywood Feed are amazing! My dog, Casper, was groomed there and is a frequent shopper! He loves the store and could spend hours in it. I’m also a fan.

I decided to check this place out since I just got a puppy this week and I was not disappointed. I was warmly greeted by an assistant, and then I noticed the giant wall of toys! Wow! I was so amazed! I love the boutique-y feel as well. My biggest concern was my new puppy Lula didn’t like soft baked treats, for a Lab that’s a big deal since they’re known as voracious eaters. I don’t remember her name but a very nice lady recommended some beef dried beef lungs and a few ways to use a Kong to tire out our new puppy. I wasn’t disappointed at all, Lula loves the beef lungs! She informed me so much that I’ll be going back for the customer service and huge selection of quality toys and treats, thank you Hollywood Feed!!
