Brent is absolutely amazing! Many times they’ve bailed me out when I need to get stuff done fast - last minute. Great vibe, good people. Please keep it up!

The staff here is so kind and helpful. I had a large print job that they kept checking on in between helping other customers. There is an employee taking time to help customers use the computer/copier - she is very patient and giving each customer undivided attention while she helps them. This store has been VERY busy the hour+ I’ve been here printing and every staff member has remained calm and polite.

Brent was very helpful and made the process easy. He worked well with me and answered all questions I had about the shipping service. I would recommend them for any print or shipping services. Thank you guys for the help!

Nice location. The staff is super polite and helpful. I was in and out. There plenty of parking despite all of the construction to the lot. Definitely my new go-to ups store.

Wonderful location with honest and hardworking employees. Always busy and the employees work as fast as they can to clear the lines, but it always seems like they're handling an avalance of packages whenever I go in. Great mailbox service. I never have to worry about package thieves stealing from my mailbox or front step!

Just came here again to print and there was a line out the door that didn’t look as if everyone could be serviced by close at 7pm, miraculously the two working (sorry to not have taken names) kept their cool and were so helpful and professional to all including having held to the side some copies I had tried to make several days prior that were not printed since the printer had run out of paper and I hadn’t checked all before paying and leaving! That was really appreciated!

Thanks to the team that deals with stress in a calm way and holds on to items for days not knowing if the client will return or not!

Everyone at this UPS store is extremely helpful and thorough. I have been using this UPS for years and have had only excellent experiences. I have no idea who the complainers could be talking about except some part-timers with unusual crowd. This UPS store is excellent!

Came in a few days after Christmas to a line out the door. However, the two gentlemen and one lady working were professional, friendly, and efficient! The line was dwindled down in no time and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. It's nice to be randomly surprised by quality service.

My husband and I have needed to use this facility more during COVID, and the two women that attend us are always so nice and welcoming. We’ve experienced plenty of others be rude with them and they are always patience and respectful back.

I have received my mail here for years. I truly appreciate the staff for their service, often rendered to less than patient individuals who feel they don't have to give common courtesies to the team or fellow customers.

Note to my fellow customers: 1. sometimes there will be a line (I wouldn't patronize a business others don't feel has products or services worth queuing up for.) 2. seasonally there may be a new employee (Remember your first day on a new job - new people, new way of doing things, nerves, etc.) 3. respect goes a long way (impatience is an energy that is worse for your health mentally and physically than it is for anyone else) 4. Come prepared. 5. Not everything can be free. The prices are not negotiable, it's a business not a flea market. 6. They are a valued member of the local community. 7. It is locally owned and operated. 8. Your energy is infectious.

See, I told you I have been a customer for years. I've seen a lot as I breeze in and out to pick up mail/pkgs and to send/return pkgs.

So fast always in and out! So great since stores small! The other day i had a hugeee rug she allowed me to come in and place it down and got me out! love this store

I have a mailbox at the UPS in Chamblee Plaza and do all my business there and would not go any place. Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly! Often the owner is in to help also. Can't get any better service than they provide. Thank you! Susan

Needed to make some copies that had to be notarized and faxed. They took care of everything quickly and were incredibly helpful.
