Amazing customer service by the store manager Bethany. I had an issue that she took care of in a way that was far beyond what I could have expected. Almost speechless, you don't find service like that anymore. For it to come from a budget friendly hardware store is awesome.

Joseph was very friendly checking me out and speaks a bit of Spanish as well to help all customers.

I love Harbor Freight, when I need some some specialty mechanic tool for working on my old truck they're my go to. Sure some stuff isn't the best money can buy but I'm a shade tree mechanic and there's no reason for me go spend top dollar for a tool I'm going to use once a year or less, and other tools I use a little more often but not everyday, good example, I bought a reciprocating saw from them 15 years ago for 19 bucks and it still works like brand new

Ordered a small bench grinder on line, then found one at the Pelham location.
Called to confirm if they any in stocks, they had 2!! Ask the Manager if he could hold it while I drove to get it! He put my name on it!! Awesome experience and was the best service of any Harbor Freight location I have been to! I will be going back!! Nice store, well stocked and very clean!!!

This seems to be a smaller H F store, but they still had a complete selection of the H F merchandise. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I want to share a positive experience we had at Harbor Freight in Pelham tonight. We went there to exchange a sander because we bought the wrong size, and to pick up a tool box we bought a few weeks ago. The exchange process was so quick and easy. When we were ready to put the the tool box in the car, we expected to load it ourselves. We only paid $377 for it, and all the other competitors in the same size were double that. Harbor Freight loaded the tool box for us. We struggled to make it fit in our SUV but the guys loading did a phenomenal job. The customer service is always great here and so are the prices. Highly recommend.

If you want tools at a good price, then this is the place.

Last minute gift grabbing for Christmas 🎄 party stocked up

Salespeople were very helpful and courteous. Coupons online are harder to use than the hard copy because the products are not arranged by price or category and it takes a longer time to scroll to the ones you are using, thereby holding up the check out lane. Luckily one of the cashiers had a print out and started using it instead. Prices are still reasonable but some of my favorite products are no longer offered.

Everyone working today was super friendly and helpful.
