AT&T Store

The two gentlemen were absolutely phenomenal in terms of customer service the way they treated me the way they welcomed me and the way they immediately provided me with solution that worked first time around. I was very impressed to say the least. Highly professional and knowledgeable as well. Could not have been more satisfied and I genuinely believe it boils down to the fact that the two gentlemen there understood and felt what I was going through and the type of solution I would have liked. In other words they demonstrated real empathy.

Brian from the Katella store is definitely a great team player. He knows what he is selling and is not pushy. Thanks for helping me and my wife.

I usually don’t leave reviews. However, Guadalupe the manager, at this location was so patient with the amount of questions I had. She is amazing, clearly does a great job assisting her customers. She gave me such a great deal to port over my family and got us a good bundle deal on accessories. Definitely will visit this location more often. Anyone who wants to be taken care of should visit her location.

We have been AT&T costumers since it took over Cingular and have visited multiple stores usually having to wait to be helped and not getting all our questions answered but that was not the case at the AT&T at131 E KATELLA AVE! This location has the best costumer service! Abraham was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question we had. If you’re nearby this location I highly recommend visiting this location over the other in the area. Thank you Abraham and team for all your help!

Best service if you are new on getting a carrier and or both, a new phone!

Walked just to inquire about cellular service. I had Verizon and was looking to see what other options and I can you tell personally I was blown away with not just the savings I will get but how they presented it to me! The representative who helped me broke everything down number by number! I was blown away as how he presented to me. I’ve been to other AT&T stores but this one really blew me away! Safe to say if you need help switching and just don’t want numbers thrown at you, this is the store you want to go to!

The personal at the Anaheim location made my experience as seamless as possible moving from one carrier to another. And there personality and attitude was a big factor for me.

Great experience at this store today. Glad the place was empty when I arrived cause they were able to help me very quickly with my iphone I'd damaged the previous night. Estephani got me set up with a replacement iphone, recommended some good products, and even spent a little extra time helping me sync with icloud after I forgot my password. Luckily I remembered it when I got home. I appreciated the added effort.
