Best vape shop in the South East. Definitely shopping here from now on. Preston and Richard are top notch and very pleasant to deal with. Go check them out will not be disappointed

I usually shop online for my vaping needs, but a few months back I went to Rhino because my package got delayed and I’ve been shopping here ever since. The employees are super friendly too!

Every time I go in there they have a very good selection of vape juice and they helped me out

My experience has been really good when I need vape supplies and accessories.
This is the "go to place" if you need ejuice or pods etc.
I give this business five stars and will further promote it once I get a device that works and functions as it should.

As I began saying," The manager is a nice guy", and will help upon request, but where it concerns devices, I have had terrible luck.

1) The Smok Acros: Recently, I went into the store to buy ejuice and left with a Smok Acros. It's a really neat little device, loaded with amenities and is cost effective.
The manager gave me a good deal, I couldn't resist. (Good business)
You do business where you are wanted or rather your money is wanted, either way, good business.
So, I felt satisfied/content with said purchase made.
It wasn't until a day or so later I realized the Smok Acros was flawed and quit working.

Return:
I took the Smok Acros back and the manager was puzzled, and couldn't get it to work. What now?

2) The Caliburn A2: Again, the manager helped me pick out a reputable device.
The Caliburn A2 is a very simple device with no amenities, but it is small about the size of a Vuse Alto, and is easy to carry.
There was a guy in front of me that was buying one, and I spoke to him about it.
He remained in the store long enough to test it and he really liked it.
The color that he chose was cool, so I ended up choosing one just like it.
I was really impressed with this device until it quit working/functioning properly.

The Return:
3) I really liked the Caliburn A2 and wanted one that worked, and the manager, though frustrated, no doubt exchanged it for an orange one. It wasn't the green one I had but it was a Caliburn A2 nonetheless*
This orange Caliburn A2 lasted throughout one charge on the battery. It took only 17 minutes to charge on a one amp charger.
I had refilled the pod, intending on using it, but the brand new pod had completely leaked all over my dresser.
So, I didn't want to bother the manager with it, but I told him about it and tried contacting Uwell and was unable to reach them. So, at the moment, I am using my Vaporesso Xros 2 that I purchased approximately a year ago in Wyoming.
Naturally, I am a bit frustrated, but don't let that discourage you from conducting business with Rhino Vape.
The person I mentioned earlier is content with his Caliburn A2 and the manager has sold a few since.

Conclusion: I spent money and have nothing to show for it. However, the manager tried his best. I am taking it back tomorrow and we are going to "try" to work something out. Again, I point out the congeniality of the manager at Rhino Vape.

Side note of humor: "I will have a good device even if I have to go to Wyoming to get it."-(lol)

Went in for the first time today and the guy working was awesome. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Will def be my go to spot from now on.

The manager and Richard are great they always try to make sure you're taken care of so you'll buy the right product you want.

Got some great 5 star service today. Preston was super well versed in everything I asked about and everything I thought I knew about vapes and all that completely backwards. He was super patient and explained everything and set me up with the cheapest and best solution. Def would recommend.out of the like three or so vape shops in clanton this one is the top.

Went in needing help and Cameron was hands down the best customer service representative we have ever experienced. Definitely will be shopping here from now on.

Honestly Rhino is the best vape shop I’ve been to if you’re thinking of giving them a shot and haven’t been in yet you’ve got to check it out lowest prices I’ve seen and some of the better products I normally only see online

This is a great place to buy all your vape needs. They have a very friendly staff that are honest and very helpful. Best selection I've seen in Clanton, will continue to go here.
