Love's Travel Stop

This has to be one of the cleanest gas stations that I have ever been to. We stopped by while traveling on Thanksgiving. We were greeted right when we walked in and were thanked for stopping by when we left. A member of management was on the floor assisting customers and all of the employees had a great attitude! This location also has a dog park for those traveling with their pets. This will be our new pit stop place when passing through the area! Make sure you have it in your GPS or you might miss the exit.

And tue best part is the dog park! It's a good size and very clean as well. We always love stopping at Loves bc they almost always have a place for our 2 pups to stretch their little legs. ❤

Nearly two hours of driving and traffic (uh, Birmingham!) since the coffee back in Jasper and it's time for a second cup. This was a top notch stop with one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen in a Love's. Clean enough that I took a picture!

Snacks, drinks and other tchotchkes in the store as well as the usual Love's setup for coffee with creamers and sweeteners and all well stocked. The gas was amongst the cheapest I've seen along the road though no need to fill up yet. No trash at the pump areas.

Thank you for being open and sparkling clean. Casey was spectacular! He was happy and friendly and took great care of our food when he packed it in our bag. I have not had that kind of customer service in a long time. Super trucker friendly.

Great stop. Clean bathrooms. Nice variety of coffee choices. Employees were helpful and friendly 👍👍

This is one of the better Love's, to my mind.
The water is always hot, plenty and not "slippery" like many of the Love's have due to water softener they include. Here, the water is quite good quality.
Other than that, it has the usual 3 selections of coffee, ( sorry, I don't believe in decaf - that like smoking filter cigarettes, why have coffee that has no "umph"? Why smoke for the flavor of the tobacco just to filter it out?, but I digress).
My apologies for making you read all this. Give me a "thumbs up" anyway; I need the ego boost. :-)

The store was clean but didn't have much for an automotive oil and transmission fluid selection.

This morning I received probably the most engaging and delightful experience in a very long time. She told me she was a new employee and I thought to myself, "I wish more visits could be like this one" I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Kudos to her.

Always stop at LOVE'S! bathroom and/or gas! Gotta do it🤷‍♀😁

We were here yesterday. First truck stop I have been to with a small fenced in dog play area. Arbys food was hot and the order was right. Bathroom was clean. I would stop if you are passing by.

On Wednesday at 12:00 am midnight I was traveling from Junction City, KS back home to Pensacola, FL..
I had been on the road for 14 hrs and had just under 4 Togo. We pulled in fueled up and went in to get some coffee to finish the long trip.i aways go to love be use its so clean. We all went to the bathroom then got coffee . The attendant saw how tired we were and would not accept payment for the coffee. He just enjoy the rest of your trip and be safe. Outstanding. I manage a grocery store and hope my associate do the same. Thank .you
I will always stop at exit 208 on i65 in AL

Always a busy place. Had to stop in to grab one of my favorite snacks, Albanese gummy bears. Loves is the only place I can find the big bag of gummy bears. The ladies restroom along with the store was very clean. The cashier was extremely busy and could have used some help to assist with customers but did a great job checking out customers in a timely manner and not getting overwhelmed.

Accidentally spilled coffee on my hand. One of the workers saw it happen. Ran over cleaned up the mess, apologized to me, comped my cup of coffee, all but cut her own hand off and gave it to me. It was a good memorable experience even though I got hot coffee on my hand. Customer service 10/10

Loves in general are great stops when traveling. This one I had a team member go above and beyond. My 2 month old had a blowout. There was a lady cleaning in the bathroom and she just turned the sink on for me to rinse him off. She then offered a towel to dry him. Thank you so much for your help!

I really liked all the guys working here in the shop.very nice group of dudes. Actually, for the type shop it is, you know, not heavy duty mechanic work, they do have a broad amount that they will do. Excellent on DOT inspection. Replacing batteries. Tires, a/c work, oil change. Unlike some shops, including some loves shops, these guys have more experience than loves as a company will allow them to do. I knew when I walked away everything was done right. Thanks guys, good work.

I came by there while camping near by to get propane filled. It was raining and around 9 on Saturday night at night. The manager came out and was very nice even though it was raining. We went in and the place was very clean and the employees were all so nice. I would recommend this Love's over the one near my house in Hope Hull any day.

My husband woke up after midnight having a severe allergic reaction and needed to find Benadryl fast with the local Walmart and pharmacies closed. We called Loves to see if they had any in stock. They went to locate it, found it, informed me, and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I walked in a few minutes later. They were super helpful and beyond nice. I highly recommend their location and their staff.

A wonderful novelty gift shop plus everything a traveler will need and more.
Every attachment you may need for your cell phone and a lot you don't need but may want. Not to mention 1 of the best Arby's in the state of Alabama....Roll Tide!!!

Always stop by this location very early in the morning and the clerk, Chris is always such a wonderful person to see. He does a great job of making fresh coffee and keeping the area clean. I purchased a 24 pack of water one morning and he had another employee to come take over the register and insisted on carrying it to my car. Thanks Chris for being a gentleman.
