Ascension St. Vincent's Chilton - Emergency

Amazing experience. I had one of the best nurses Haley. She made sure that I was comfortable while I was there. She also made sure that she let me know everything she was doing from start to finish. I am not the best patient to deal with but the staff there was great from start to finish.

The staff were wonderful! Facility's was extremely clean. Staff and doctors were very timely with diagnosis and treatment. I have never had a better experience at an ER than this one. I highly recommended this facility.

Welcoming, supportive and super friendly people. They know what they’re doing. Unlike many, this is one of very few hospitals I’ve had a good experience. 🙂 God help you if you have any issues but worth the visit if you do

My daughter received quick, friendly, excellent care from the front desk to triage to the other nurses to technicians to Dr. Vanlandingham! It’s wonderful that they are close to home, but I’d drive past other hospitals to receive that kind of care! :)

Was not busy the day I got burned. I was taken back really quick and treat. The doctor was really nice and did a great job fixing the burn. The nurse was friendly and super sweet. The intake receptionist was fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hospital. It was very clean. Everyone from reception to all the nurses and doctors were extremely friendly and caring. The wait time was very short when I was there.

We couldn't ask for any better service, th staff and nurses all handled us in a very professional manner, they were very polite and eager to help. My wilf drove me to the hospital er Sun. 11 feb. I was diagnosed witb th A flu irus and medicine that worked prescribed. On th morning of 13 feb. I drove my wife to er, she was also diagnosed with A flu vjrus. We had Dr Elliott both visits. Dr Elliott is definately tops in my book. Very professional and easy to understand, left no room for questions. I know we have visited er at least four times, or more, in th last six times, each time was a very satisfying visit.

We had a great experience yesterday in St. Vincent’s Chilton ED. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They took care of my momma like she was their own. Nurse Miranda, Dr. Darioni, Darryl from the lab, our tech, the girl and guy from CT, and the lady from respiratory were ALL fantastic!!

No one wants to be in the Emergency room,especially with their child. But the group of employees at Chilton always take such great care of us! I am so thankful for each and every one of you! From the triage nurse to the house supervisor! And we had the best physician Dr. Elliott on staff which automatically put me at ease. Thank you Shelly,Brandy, Stephen, and Dr. Elliott!

They all had great concern about my condition and what was wrong! I felt I was taking very good care of and in good hands!! I was very pleased of how my visit turned out!!

Took my 4 year old to the Dr today. She has bronchitis. I was given a paper ( never saw the doctor) that said she had urine. My experience with St. Vincent hospital was horrible. I will not use them again.

I took my son here for a possible hernia that his pediatrician told us was 100% a hernia and I just knew that is wasn't and they helped me prove that! This was by far the best ER experience I have ever had! The staff was amazing and we were only there for a couple hours and they treated my son so amazingly! I will only use this ER from now on!!

Every single nurse was absolutely great...They took excellent care of me and believe me I was very sick ...Dr. Elliot answered more questions and ask more questions then any specialist I've been ...
I will diffintly use St. Vincent ER again ...

The triage nurse was very compassionate, and caring.
The nurse were all great, and didn't seem like I was a bother, even though they were extremely busy.
The Dr wasn't very good, he was very rushed. But, as he discharged me he answered a lot if questions and didn't seem to mind them.
Over all a very good experience.

Very quick getting me to a nurse. All the staff was kind and caring. Was very efficient in their care. They helped with my issue and figured out what was going on with my health. Thanks to all of the staff that was there on 8-22-23

Ascension St. Vincent emergency department was very thorough and professional in checking my symptoms and diagnosing the problem. All were very friendly and knowledgeable about taking care of me. I will definitely recommend this emergency department to my friends and family .

Staff was professional, courteous, and cared about my wellbeing. Best experience at hospital I have ever had. Dr Elliott had great bedside manner. Nurses Haley, Veronica, and Brooklyn were great. They kept me in the loop and looked out for my needs. Jessica kept my room spotless.

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. I was in a lot of pain and they helped me quickly.

Very quick and the staff was very kind and caring. My total time their was about 2 hours. That is very quick for an emergency room visit.

The staff were very pleasant and compassionate with my son even while the ER was overwhelmed with patients. The nurses, tech, registration and providers were top notch.
