I ate at ElGave first time today and I loved the garlic shrimp and onions. It was excellent. I now have. A new place to enjoy food. Soft chips and cheese was also very good I will be back for more. Thank you.

Wonderful staff, clean building, fast service, and great food! I've had the fajita quesodillas, Pollo Loco, enchiladas, and Fish Tacos. I have never been disappointed with the food.

I live in Atlanta & was passing thru due to work and I decided to try this Mexican restaurant. Very clean place, nice employees, and also the best part the food was GREATT! I order 2 chicken tamales 🫔 w/ cheese & 2 Mexican steak tacos 🌮 . The meat was very tender with both . The tamales wasn’t dry & full of favor. I really enjoyed their homemade salsa . If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stop by again. Thanks for the great experience guys .

Martin's tacos are the best!!! Best chile relleno in town!! Best drinks especially horchata!! Finally got my husband loving Mexican food!! I love all the drinks!! This time I got a strawberry daiquiri 🍓

My husband and I discovered this place last weekend. 1st, clean bathrooms! Yay! I always like to wash my hands before I eat. We realized as soon as we tasted the chips and salsa that we were in for a treat.
The food was plentiful and delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back even with the hour and a half drive from our home.

Good service and good food. Chips and dip are some of the best I've had, they don't under-stuff the burritos like I've had some other Mexican restaurants do. Definitely my go to in clanton

My wife and I love to eat at Mexican restaurants. This is now our new spot. The service was excellent. We were greeted by the owner and staff. They bring you fresh chips and WONDERFUL homemade salsa! The food has so much flavor. She had a fajita steak salad and I had fajitas texacanas. It is pleasure for the taste buds. The draft beer is cold and spot on. My wife enjoyed her margarita immensely. The best! Enjoy!

You might miss this place if you are just driving through Clanton Alabama. However, this is some of the best authentic Mexican enchiladas I’ve ever had 😊 one of the things I liked about this little restaurant is they have a drive-through. Most Mexican restaurants are either takeout or dine in other than Taco Bell.

Absolutely the best salsa ever! Great food. Friendly staff. Service was prompt. We will definitely be back on our next visit down to the beach. Highly recommend you try it!

The food wins! Service is top notch and atmosphere are typical.

It is a little hole in the wall place, but those are usually the best ones. They have a great friendly staff and really good food. My wife and I love the Tilapia for 2. It has to 2 pieces of fish with enough rice and veggies for 2 people. It comes with 2 kinds of sauce. (She doesn't like one of them, but they really work together.)

This is my Dad's favorite Mexican restaurant! He loves the people who work there, says they are great people. He's taken me here twice in the last two weeks! The food was perfect, not to hot (my Dad and I both suffer from indigestion and/or acid reflux, so light on the hot stuff is much appreciated!), not bland either. I've had no problems here with food or service.

Large portions at good prices. 👍

My wife and I order takeout here at least once a week. These guys know how to make a great chicken quesadilla! (Grilled or shredded chicken...either way it's delicious).
