Some people in the reviews don't understand the concept of being IDed to come into an ADULT Novelty store. They like to argue and get mad when they are not allowed in without an ID not understanding that it is state law and there are extreme consequences if the store was to allow them in without an ID. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but does not tolerate bad attitudes and arguing with the staff. If you cop an attitude with the employees you will be asked to leave.

This store is great! They have a wide selection of just about everything. The staff are so awesome and they are educated in product knowledge. They are very willing to help find what your looking for. If they don't have it then they will order it for you at no extra charge. The prices are reasonable and are comparative to process online.

For those that don't have the proper ID it's plain old common sense, they can lose their business license and/or be fined for letting underage in and/or for not showing proper identification. College ID Card isn't a government issued form of identification. If it was your business, would you put it at risk by letting a college kid without proper ID in? I would hope not. So bring the pepper ID and there won't bea problem.

This is only adult store left in Columbus and the prices are either the same as those online, or they are better. And if it’s the same as those online then the cons of that is that it you get to take the item home that day instead of having to wait.

Awesome selection and they actually just let you shop without making it awkward by constantly asking if you need help.

I saw no mean owner! I was greeted at the
door by a beautiful lady with a "come in,
please let me know if I can help you find
something!" No they didn't follow me around I was allowed to look around at my leisure. No purchase occurred, the ladies at the checkout answered all my questions, explained the hours of operation and told me
to "come back now that you know where we're located." Is that being mean?

The store has a big selection. The sales person was busy working freight out and didn't seem to want to help me and my wife look for the product we were interested in.

When initially walking in the store, I was greeted by a sweet, soft-spoken lady. She was eager to help and even asked how me and my friend was doing. She was then cut off by a masculine, somewhat accusing voice that hustled us for our IDs. My friend began to pull hers out, but I, a 19 year old young woman, didn’t have mines on me at the time. I offered to show my college ID (We’re both college students.) but was rudely turned down by the elder man. Because I wasn’t allowed in the store, my friend and I shortly left. In summary, the customer service is pretty bad which is their lost. They don’t appear to get much business. The parking lot is always deserted whenever I pass by. Now, I see why. I gave two stars because the lady was sweet; however, the man wasn’t.

My roommate went in for the first time ever to check it out and she forgot her ID, not knowing to bring it, he the owner of the store was rude and nasty to her for no reason. He is not getting my money anymore. If someone is gonna be nasty and disrespectful to someone for no reason then I have no interest in going to a store like that. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed.
