Poolwerx Performance Pool & Spa

I have been with performance pool and spa not Poolwerx For almost 20 years.
They have been a reputable company and they have treated me fairly and provided great service.
One of the things I’ve noticed over the years is when someone comes out to do some work on your pool they. Have been with PPS for a long period of time.
That tells me that they understand the value of a company is only as good as its people.

I have had Performance pools for approximately seven years . Just recently sold my house I am going to miss the professionalism of this company . from the first phone call I made, meeting the salesman, the builders, and to the weekly maintenance. Thank you for the extra mile that all of you took especially that your company has continued to keep high expectations and good work ethics. You will be missed by my family and kids.

Customer service is top notch. Ryan K at PPS has been really great to work with - fast, reliable and thorough. I worried I might be left in the dark after the install was complete 2 years ago, but this has not been the case.

I was very happy with the recent service provided by Poolwerx! They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They were able to quickly solve a time-senstive issue with our outdoor spa within hours of me contacting them. I highly recommend Poolwerx for any pool service needs.

Dan's service was great. Diagnosed what was wrong in minutes. Also helped with several smaller issues and reset all electronics before he finished. And service in less than 2 hours is incredible! Glad we bought from you!

Dave at the Oakdale location remains really great! We have been getting pool services and supplies for years. He is knowledgeable, very helpful and takes the time to help resolve issues, answer questions and inquiries. They have re-branded and are updating this location. Thank you!

We called Performance Pool service department on Monday regarding some annoying leaks in our hot tub. On Wednesday, a technician showed up and not only fixed the leaks, he did something to the pumps to make them much quieter and stronger. Very impressed with their service. Will definitely use them again down here in Lakeville

Tyler and Luke provide excellent customer service. They are courteous in responding to my questions and concerns regarding my pool. I appreciate that they are dependable and keep to their schedule. Last but not least Bill has patiently assisted in providing advice on purchasing equipment/technology which has decreased maintenance and improved the pool so we can enjoy it.

Poolwerx has provided excellent service for ten years for me. When things were urgent they would always jump through the hoops to help me. Great job!

Since 2017 we have worked with Performance Pools in Oakdale and are impressed with the impeccable care they give to their customers. Jesse's knowledge and customer service are unmatched, and he has helped me numerous times to troubleshoot issues that arise or suggest what we need to have done by their staff. It has built a level of trust and care that is appreciated. The company services our pool openings, closing, and repairs with great care. Just had the best experience having our pool winterized. They showed up on time and performed the task thoroughly and professionally until they were satisfied that everything was done correctly and our pool was protected from anything Old Man Winter can come up with. PPS built our pool 23 years ago and it has stood the test of time, but I’m confident these guys were the best we’ve ever had.

PPS installed our pool 20 years ago & have been our only servicer for seasonal or maintenance work for a reason; they never disappoint. Justin & the service department listen to my questions & offer solutions over the phone. When I have had to have them out, they have been quick to respond & repair. Thank you PPS! Excellent responsiveness from Jesse on what type of liner would work best, color and was very accurate on setting a date for installation. He suggested chlorinated water trucks which was perfect for next day swimming. The installation team was knowledgeable and communicated well. Highly recommend Performance Pool.

The two individuals who came to do the weekly pool check last week went above and beyond when they were here. They took the time to explain the maintenance of the pool cover and even cleaned out the cover storage box at the end of the pool, greased the gears and tightened the bar at the end of the cover. They provided explanations on what they were doing the entire time. All of this was done without me having to ask. Really appreciated the extra time they took!

Fantastic experts on hot tubs. Came out within a few days after my heater quit working in the dead of winter and helped get it going again before nature could take it out.

I called Ryan at PPS at 8:00 am on a Friday and explained that my auto cover had come off the track on one side. Guy was here at 8:50 and had it fixed in a jiffy! Great service!

Performance pool has once again delivered superb service opening our pool for the 2023 season. We needed a new cover this year and even though we had some unexpected repairs, Jesse and his team worked hard to complete them in quick order!

PPS helped me out when my installer wouldn't return my phone calls. They went above and beyond helping me to install pool equipment I had purchased online and cleaned up my entire pool plumbing in the process. They do excellent work and the people I met were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend PPS!

Amazing company! We had a fire a year ago and they have gone above and beyond to help us get our pool up and running again after the equipment on the side of the house was damaged. Trying to juggle everything that comes with having a house fire where you lose everything, and then trying to continue with work and all, they have stayed on top of everything, communication has been amazing, not to mention they are prompt and detailed.
