UPDATE- The owner contacted me and let me know that the manager was mistaken in her interpretation of the return policy. They are refunding me the money for the candle. I am changing my review and my star rating. I will give them another chance.

I bought a Woodwick candle from them about 2 weeks ago. Paid full price. Brought it back to return, with my receipt, in pristine, unused, still boxed and tagged condition and was told I would only get the new sale price back. Apparently they’re now 40% off. No where was this posted as the return policy. When I questioned the legality of that I was told by the clerk that it’s policy at every store not just the hallmark store. I’ve never had that happen to me ever, at any store. I try to shop small to support the little retailers whenever I can, but I won’t be buying anything from this store ever again. I ended up just keeping the candle. Sad.

The people that work here are always super nice! The store is clean and organized and the chocolates behind the counter will call your name! Cute gifts!

These girls are amazing here. Very cute items and clean. If they don't have something they go out of there way to call another store or order something. Love this place!

I love shopping here. Regrettably there are fewer of these shops. I travel about 45 minutes to get to this store. But they are always so friendly and the store is kept very neat and tidy.
