Rogan's Shoes

They have a lot of shoes and they sort of had some that I wanted. Not exactly but close enough. Then you pretty much have to buy a second pair to get a discount on the cheaper pair. It's a gimmick to get you to spend more money.

They have great styles and a large selection to choose from for all ages. Work boots, soccer cleat, sandals, and more. I seriously find the buy one get one half off sale that is always going on to be a game changer for me. Alongside a great staff to help you find sizes or get a pair ordered in your size that can then be delivered right to your door. Rogan's shoes is a must stop shop.

So much selection! No other shoe store I've been to compares. Bought 3 pairs and as always they have the buy one get one 50% off deal, so they emailed me my receipt so I can get my next pair half off.

I've been a customer of Rogans Eau Claire since forever! Good quality items for a price you cant beat when raising your family! I dont buy my footwear anywhere else! The employee go above and beyond to find you exactly what you need or are looking for. By far great customer service!

My kid wears a very hard to find size, and we arrived at a busy time, but we were helped as soon as we walked in. He got measured, was brought every pair in the store that would fit him, and we were out the door with the perfect pair of shoes in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

Never had issues with shoes from this place, even as a kid. If I bought shoes from anywhere else, they fail within a few months. But my shoes last 1+ years from here.

I always feel welcome and can usually get what I need quickly. Yes I try them on and make a sound decision. I can always ask for help from staff and they will help to the best of their abilities.

If there isn’t something in the store they sell, they will get a pair in your size if requested.

As always, the service and selection are top notch. They offered free shipping to my home on a pair of shoes not available in the store in my size. And, don't forget to save your receipt. The second pair is always half price - even if you don't make the purchase the same day! Very helpful and friendly staff. 🌞👍

They used to be very helpful at Rogan's, that's what got me started with them. Now that I know what shoe works for me I haven't needed the help (I hate shopping for clothes). If they don't have it and another store does they'll ship it in. Last time they sent right to my door. Their 50% off the second pair of equal or lesser value brings $160 shoes down to $120 each. You get what you pay for plus some!

Awesome staff! In 2020 I found a pair of somewhat unique shoes that I love. Went back to get a 2nd pair - they were out of my size. But staff offered to order me a pair in my size - came in less than a week to my door. I ended up getting a 3rd pair in another color too. They won me over - #customer-for-life here.

The thing I like most about Rogan's is the huge selection of work boots and the buy one get one half off promotion. Staff is helpful. A one-stop shop for work boots and shoes.

Great place to stop in and try on popular shoes one sees online. Not huge, a nice local place.

I didn't buy work boots here, but it's not for lack of effort on the salesman's part! I had a very tough request for a wedge style safety toe with aggressive sole for mud, and not moccasin, in a size 14 extra extra wide, and he was willing to order some boots to see if they'd fit... I just didn't know if I'd be around to try them... Great service!

Great crew of sales people. There to help if they can. They have a huge selection of shoes, boots. Sandals, casual shoes, dress boots, and a clearance section for men , women,and kids. Always bogo 1/2 off. They do have exceptions, but even then there's a way. They have a great customer receipt program. Name and phone # saves all your receipts under it. Never losing g a receipt again.

I encountered an awesome experience yesterday. I'm a local teacher who offered to buy a pair of sneakers for a student in need and she went above and beyond to hunt down a supportive pair of sneakers. The sneakers were originally $150 but they were marked down to a clearance price of only $50 at a different Rogan location. The shoes are being mailed to me free of charge. I think the employee's name was Tabatha. I walked away very impressed with the customer service that I received.

Good prices, nice selection, helpful staff. My hubby bought dress shoes, and I got a pair of shoes 50% off. We've shopped here for years, and the service has gotten better. A good place to shop for good quality shoes like Keens, Clark's, etc.
