Big Lots

I love this store, I can usually find something for everyone on my list here! Although the black Friday deals were not very good this year, previously they have been fantastic!

Don't shop here a lot but when I go in for something specific they always seem to have it. Staff is friendly and you can't beat the prices.

I'm new in town and quite and quite happy to see this store available. Staff is helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is clean and accessible. Thank you.

Great deals! We bought our daughter the floor model of a bed and they gave us a discount and took it all apart for us.

I haven't been to Big Lots to purchase anything in four years. I have to say, it is still a 'browsing store' - meaning they have bargains located all over the store! One needs to focus and have the time to spend finding those bargains. They carry a large array of indoor and outdoor furniture, all sizes of clothing, home decor, bedding, bath accessories, kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, electronics, pet supplies, toys, batteries, and food.
It is an older store. There are some narrow isles here and there. To some, they may not consider shopping at Big Lots. I respect your decision, but it didn't bother me. The staff are warm and friendly. I saved a bundle. How cool is that? I would recommend Big Lots for one of your next shopping adventures.

Great store! They carry many unique items. I would not say all of their prices are good but most are. They had lots of fun seasonal items. They also have lots of masks.

Amazing store! Just look at these prices. Was looking for a couch, didn't find what I was looking for, but there so many options of reclining armchairs, sofas. There were even fireplaces, teatables, tvtables. For a little store was amazing to see this kind of variations. Thank you for so good experience

Staff was very very friendly and helpful than they used to be. Maybe new management or something? But the overall experience was way better than it used to be. Still have lots of great deals in a little store. Sometimes hard to find things but they'll help if you ask. They were even walking around asking if we found everything ok or not. Felt like I was at home Depot or something where people actually help there customers!! Very refreshing big lots way to go on customer service!! Nice upgrade!

Stopped in to get picture frames. Amanda was busy stocking shelves I asked her where the picture frames were. Instead of just pointing and saying down there she took the time to walk me right to them. I couldn't reach the one I thought would work so stepped to the end of aisle and asked help of Amanda . she got it down and it wouldn't work for what I needed. She helped me find what would work kudos to Amanda great asset to your store!!!

The crew at Big Lots is always great! We usually buy furniture here, and that department is always helpful and informative. We always go back. Also great deals, seems like there is always a 10-20% off coupon on rewards to use.

Love the variety of seasonal products they carry for every season. Large selection of housewares and homeward as well as grocery items and general merchandise. Store is well kept and stocked and is very clean. Friendly and pleasant staff who are willing to help when asked.

This Big Lots has an unassuming exterior & the interior is larger than expected. Simple floorplan layout. Lots of values & bargains. Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Will definitely shop here again.

First time there and I was impressed. Didn't expect to see grocery items so cheap. Purchased a 12 count of glasses for $10 which are normally $25 in other retail stores. They had a variety just like your Walmarts and Shopko stores. I would recommend to check them out. I will be returning next time I am in the area.

I can say that the quality of some of the items have gone down but I don't believe that Big Lot's is at fault. When inflation hits, somethings has to go starting from the manufacturer. However, I have never met a rude person there and they are always willing to help.

We were looking to buy a entertainment/electric fireplace. We looked at 3 other stores but see what we liked. Big Lots had what we wanted & the person that we talked to was very helpful. Very happy with our experience with Big Lots

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots. It's fun to browse the store. You never know what sweet deals or cute treasures you might find. The employee's are always very friendly and helpful.

Changed layout of the store so I personally was lost, and the isles of feminine products with random chips candies animal supplies was weired, keep trying guys you'll get it!

If you want to find service with a smile come to Big Lots in Eau Claire. They have unique snacks, furniture, and mattress. They have a very big variety of HOME needs...They have a great rewards program! I was Amazed to find out they sell DIP AND DOTS ICE CREAM...My heart was so happy! I am so happy I decided to stop in!

Same products as some of the really fancy stores, much better prices.
