The Hurlburt team (Bubba, Jackson and Pao) did an excellent job with my furnace and AC installation! Very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous service and the installation was top-notch! Hurlburt is the best with service and quality and I know that I can rely on them for many years of worry-free heating and cooling needs.

Easy to work with. Very good customer service. Quick response time to get a free consultation. Sales Rep was knowledge and gave us several options/quote at the time of the appointment and also emailed them to us to review. They gave us the information to make a good decision. Compared to other company’s quotes Hurlburt pricing was better for high quality equipment. Our new A/C and furnace was thankfully installed within a week. The installers were very professional. Kept our house clean.

We just got a new furnace, AC and water heater installed. I just can't believe how quiet the furnace is. They did an awesome job. When I got home I had no idea they were here. Besides seeing the new equipment. Everyone I have interacted with is super nice. Also the cost is very reasonable. They will be back to hook up the AC since it's not warm enough yet to hook up. Samuel was here last week to help us understand our humidifier system on the furnace. Well I now know that the humidifier never worked from when we got this whole system. Because Wyatt was here this week and discovered the transformer in the furnace wasn't working. So he put a new one in. And now it is working. I can hear it running which I never heard before. So hopefully we won't have anyone here except for once a year for service. So once again we had to have them come out. Because "the blue light" went out. So Mike came to fix it yesterday. And by the end of the night it turned red. So now they have to come back next week. Had I known this was going to be such a problem, I would have never gotten this system. It's very annoying, so if you get a new furnace don't bother getting the humidifier and fresh air system. Unless you want to have them come out all the time. Or the system improves.

I had an emergency plumbing repair. Nora, the person who took my call is friendly and courteous. She explained when they would have someone available and setup an appointment. Hunter did a great job. He is friendly and courteous. He showed me what happened and explained what did to repair the leak.
The whole team did a great job. I recommend them.

I had a great experience with Hurlburt. The technician, Nic, checked and cleaned all of my equipment making sure it was ready for the winter.

I bought my home recently and there is a heat pump, of which I knew nothing about. The technician went over the ins and outs of how the unit works and how to use it.

I also have a whole house humidifier which he explained and showed me how to change the filter.

One more thing... my thermostat is quiet complicated, so he ran me through on how to operate that also. I am very glad I chose Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing.

I am not one to typically write reviews, but my furnace stopped working and I wanted to share my experience. Wyatt was my technician, while this was a challenging and stressful time for me to say the least, he did such a great job and made the situation as pleasant as it could be. He was very professional and kind, he was reassuring and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew the plan going forward. I would definitely recommend Hurlburt, they are in fact the only ones that were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. Thank you to Wyatt who was able to get my heat working again, while I hope this doesn't happen again I would certainly trust him to figure things out.

Andrew M did a great job replacing our old gas water heater with a new one. Really appreciated the quality work he provided. Really glad I called Hurlburt. When I called to inquire, they described the process and the product they had and told me, in detail, what the price of everything would be. Everything went according to plan. Definitely plan to call them in the future for anything else we may need. We had an old gas water heater that was slowly leaking water. (See Pictures)

Since moving to this area of the state in 2019, I only use them for my HVAC and plumbing needs. It's great that they have office staff so your always able to make an appointment right away, including emergency needs. Great prices and financing options too. All of their technicians are so professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help (Trevor, Nick, everyone). Once you use this company for the first time, you'll never go anywhere else. 1,000% recommend!

Matt and Tyler were awesome! Got in early and out quick - install was much faster than I expected. I had a trickier location for the install and they were able to find a solution and it looks great. They walked me through using the thermostat and general info about my new furnace. Most importantly, they didn’t mind my dog continuously barking at them.

We love the new 24-SEER heat pump (air conditioner replacement - pictured) and 96% high-efficiency furnace. Hurlburt dispatched a group of several guys that worked very efficiently to complete the install in ~4 hours. They walked me through the new smart thermostat, system settings and assisted in getting the app set up on my phone. For those not familiar with a heat pump vs. air conditioner, the heat pump will heat the house with outside air temp down to 25 deg F to save on natural gas costs and also cools the house in warm weather the same as our old air conditioner.

The only 'needs improvement' suggestion from the visit would be to install the heat pump directly on the ground -- not on top of landscape rock. The tech didn't think it will be an issue with the pad, but I'm skeptical & will observe to make sure this doesn't slide, shift or move over time. My concern is for aesthetics (having a non-level appliance) and strain on the refrigerant send/return lines going into the house.

That aside, the install was solid and all boxes & old furnace/AC removed, making it a super-clean install. The new system was running and cooling our house the minute they left. We appreciated having comfort back in our house on these warm late-summer days.

Shawn was very friendly and efficient. I had him out for a main line clog and he and his partner had it don’t within an hour or so! Great to work with and very friendly.

I had a cold house this morning so I call Hurlburt they got me on schedule in afternoon. The lady that answered phone was polite and very helpful. So my technician was Mike he was professional and cleaned furnace went over what was going on with furnace found multiple things going on with it, went over options . Had Adam stop over and go over opinions plans for furnace I decided to replace instead of fixing furnace which includes AC and I did hot water heater they are all 22 years old. And they will get replaced in two days . Thanks guys for all your help!!!

Beca was an amazing technician! She spent time finding and diagnosing the issue with our furnace. Unfortunately it was a big problem, but she was kind and patient in her explanation and in helping come up with a solution. I would absolutely recommend them!
Update: Nate and Drew came to install a new unit and they were great! They were friendly, thorough, and cleaned up everything when they were done! So glad we called Hurlburt!

I called two other Plumuming services before Hurlburt and never received a callback. Hurlburt, on the other hand, called me back two hours after leaving a voicemail to schedule an appointment with plenty of timeslots and dates. Nate, the installer, was great and did great work.

Pao and Jackson, the install team , did a great job on the furnace and AC. The equipment runs great, great clean up, and they gave me complete instructions on the operation!

Hurlburt has become my go-to for my new home. I requested a water heater replacement and had someone at my home 3 days later. Nate Sol was was my technician this time, he did great work, was very professional, and even saved me some money from my original quote! I will 100% be using them in the future and appreciate the good work they have done to make my home safer and more reliable.
