Fazoli's

Fazoli’s is one of those places you don’t realize you take for granted until after you leave an area that has one. They are few and far between in the Midwest but it’s certainly worth the stop! We had the lasagna, pepperoni pizza, and of course lots of breadsticks! I wish I lived closer to one because their food is always outstanding and so addictive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I can’t wait to go back!

Delicious food. Quick service. Restaurant was clean. Have a kids menu and coloring for kids. Reasonably priced and large portions. I shared the baked ziti with my daughter. I recommend going here!

02/09 me and my boyfriend ate here for the first time! The food was hot and fresh and the girl Justyce who took our order was kind and helpful with meal suggestions! Whoever made our food thank you to them too!!!!

My girlfriend is a Fazoli's fanatic and has been trying to coerce me into coming for months. She got the chicken parm and loved it. I got the chicken pesto and it was so good that I finished it before I could take a picture! We sat in the restaurant and our server, Emily, was so incredibly kind and accommodating. I felt that I needed to offset the reviews by patrons who had a less amenable experience. I will recommend to a friend.

The lady, I believe the bus, was super helpful patient and nice since it’s been years since I’ve been here. The breadsticks are fresh. The spaghetti appears to be a little watery, and the pizza was also fresh.

Whisper is a great server. Very friendly and even held the door for us. Place wasn't busy and it was nice of her to do that for us.

Gabriele was very helpful. Very professional and good at her job. Always look forward to seeing her on our visit. We are from Mpls/St Paul. EauClaire is the closest location.

We had a large group for dine in. The staff did an exceptional job of handling the large order, handing out breadsticks, and clearing our trays! Well done with no hiccups.

Had Heather take our order and was so friendly:) definitely coming back to this location from now on. Closest location to where we live in Minnesota. Tho wished they had one in Minnesota 🤓

Amazing food best Italian restaurant I've ever been to soooo good unlimited bread sticks if you dine in..........but we didn't get them because we were on the go but they still gave us a bag of those amazing bread sticks!

Whisper was great. Greeted me right when I came in. She went around the dining room& made sure everyone had enough breadsticks and thanked customers when they left. She did a really great job!

Food was so good! My food was delayed but they were so apologetic and kind about it that I got breadsticks for the wait and a coupon for my next visit. Highly recommend.

My order taker, Heather, was delightful and kind and helped us get exactly what we wanted!!!

I had ordered online since I was running errands. Got done with errands sooner than I thought so I called to see if I could pick up the food a half hour sooner with only 10 min. Notice.

The team was able to get the food ready in the 10 min. It took to get there!

I've never had a bad experience here. Staff are consistently helpful & friendly. Food is always delicious and they seem to genuinely care about their customers dining experience. Today they were quite busy with the drive-thru and call in orders. I had to wait for just a tad bit longer than usual for my take out order...no big deal. When my order was ready, a staff member sincerely apologized for the wait and handed me a card for a free entree next time around and put extra bread sticks in with my to-go order. It wasn't necessary but it was very much so appreciated! #ExcellentCustomerService!
