Great first time experience and will be back to get more! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the brands they carry. There is something for everyone, and if you are new to the zero-waste/low-waste lifestyle - the owner is so easy to talk to.

I got a shampoo bar from a brand I am unfamiliar with, but excited to try! Also purchased a dish soap bar and scrubber that worked very well on the toughest t-day cleanup. So far very satisfied!

I love everything I get from here! Carpet refresher is the best, has the best smell and makes my house smell so good when I use it! All purpose cleaner and dish soap are also a favorite in my household!

The best part about this place is that you can buy exactly the amount you need/want! Trying new products can end up being wasteful- especially when you’re trying to transition to chemical/plastic/dye free! But the refillery offers so many options to try small amounts (or big amounts!!) of great products!! The owner and her family also try/personally use the products in the store so you know it’s good!
I personally struggle with skin/scalp problems and have found solutions that have really helped with the products in store (I cannot reccomend the rosemary shampoo/conditioner and solid cleansing face wash/or the gel enough!!)

The Eau Claire Refillery is a great place to pick up your household cleaning products as well as personal care items. I’m so excited about the laundry detergent sheets! I can do 20 loads for under $5!! I will definitely give this place my business because I am done paying for all the fillers the big name brands contain.
