KWIK TRIP #389

It was a cold, late evening, January 10 2024. I had just left the E.R. with strep throat only to learn that I had a flat tire. Huge bummer. I was able to limp my vehicle over to Kwik Trip, so I could use the light to change my tire. As sick as I felt and the thought of task ahead began the development of a huge headache. I live in Chippewa so there was no time to waste. My tire was stuck so problems from the start. I went into the store to see if there were any tools I could use to assist with my situation. Behold the man of the hour Brock, had come to my rescue. He was ever so kind, polite and very helpful. Thank you very much! I am forever grateful! Thank you Kwik Trip for hiring such helpful, kind and friendly people!

I never leave reviews but another customer stole my quarter when I accidentally dropped it trying to give to the cashier, pocketed it, and didn't say a word. Lost faith in humanity. Good burger though so worth it

The staff is very courteous, great place for hot food or a microwave dinner when you need something quick and don’t want to cook.

Being the first time every ordering something over the phone, I was a bit nervous and anxious. The person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and kind. I placed an order for breakfast pizzas and not only were they delicious, they were done on time so I could make it to work AND they were carried out to my car for me! Thank you so much! I've never had so much fun at a convenience store! Staff is super friendly & seem to genuinely love their job! There's only 1 thing missing ~ a car wash. My morning always gets better when I stop here. Brandon, Leslie & Laura (I can't remember a couple other names & I'm sorry for not giving them credit as well) enjoy their jobs & can help you out with anything you might need/want. Keep up the great work!

Big nice, clean, and fresh! Friendly staff.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice variety of foods. Has meat, and some produce... things you wouldnt really expect at a convenience store. Kwik Trip is a great name because you truly can get in and out with what you need quickly. Great prices on certain staples such as milk and bread and bananas. No fee ATMs are a huge convenience.

I purchased a product that had a defect, and informed the company. The manager (Matt) was quick to respond, and polite. I received another product to replace my defective one (didn't even have to return the original).

Great prices, service, and going beyond to help a customer (like mentioned above) is why I will continue to give Kwik Trip my business.

Kwik Trip sets the bar high for what you would expect to find at any gas station or convenience store. They are definitely my go-to here in Eau Claire. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they communicate clearly. They have the Hotspot where you can pick up a snack or meal that is hot and ready to go! If your fave is not out and ready to grab, somebody can make it for you immediately upon request. This is super helpful for picky eaters! You're sure to find something that will fill you up and tastes great. I love the in-store specials and coupons in the app that they have. Many items BOGO 50% off.

Of the many quick trips throughout town I find myself at this one most of the time. Is definitely busy a lot but the staff works hard to keep the shelves stocked and their customers happy. It wasn't too long ago where it seemed like they had a bunch of new people but the checkout process still went by seemingly easy and quick. I like going places where I can tell him Val you too and I'm not just in the way or viewed as a dollar per se. What I mean is although the staff doesn't know my name they definitely recognize me and you can see that in the way they interact with me. Just as I don't know all the staffs names until I'm there and reading their name tag LOL I still recognize the workers and the way they treat me is why I keep coming back. I don't necessarily get that same treatment and all the locations to an extent I do but the personalization is definitely far more at this location.

This place is an adventure, things can get weird at night but that is some of the excitement. The store leader is awesome and the workers are usually very good. It does get crazy busy and the parking lot can get scary. I still love this place.

As with 99% of Kwik trips, this store is always well stocked and always professional. Kwik trip as a whole offers high quality gas and guarantees it's quality

I have mixed feelings about the corporate QuikTrip as I know there is some serious funding for the Walker campaign that comes directly from QuikTrip but the personal service that every store offers.....the product quality is great and the people service is always spot on!!

It's a gas station so I find it funny if someone really chooses where to by gas based on a review, lol. The staff is great and the place works, pretty cleanly also so that's a 5 star for me.

Visited last weekend and this kwiktrip was my main gas station I shopped at. Love all the upgrades and the meat available I prefer over say cub or gordys or mega

Nice corner store. They have really expanded their product line in the majority of their stores. You can get just about everything you need for a complete meal there now and the staff is ready to help.

Friendliness great people and great place for all ages. There fruits are awesome. Clean all the time. Handicap access parking to.

Always really friendly and helpful. No fee cash back at the register, and no fee atms (unless your bank charges one).

Love me some Kwik trips. Also, best/cleanest gas station bathrooms you will ever come across
