bought a shirt for 40 dollars and It had tax but i had only 40 dollars so they let me get it without tax

The manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. They sold me a fake shoe and it was already worn. The manager claims they got there stuff from champs and footlocker, which is not the case. Manager says he has been within the sneaker business for 40 years, obviously not because the shoes aren’t legit.

The owner lied about saying i used the Yeezy slides I came to exchange to a bigger size because it did not fit me after 1 week and never used it I had a bad experience and horrible costumer service

Was told very clear by a worker named juan I was aloud to return unworn shoes with receipt, no returns only exchanges, extremely unfair I bought 3 pairs of shoes and only wanted to return one, won’t return to any survival

overpriced and resell shoes over 3x the normal market price.
