I still own some pants that I purchased almost 10 years ago and I've been wearing them for work since, and they still look like new no matter how many times they have been washed. Its one of the stores that I know for sure that if I purchased something I will have to be the one getting tired of it, but the piece will not fade away.

An Aventura Mall anchor store located on the second level accessorized with the best customer service on a Monday morning. Fortuitously, I was immediately greeted and assisted by George, who is 10 yards of 5 star material! I had several separate online returns and exchanges, George cut through them without fuss and helped me quickly find the right sizes for exchange. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Express brand, accommodating and demonstrated excellent anticipatory service. When shopping at the Aventura Mall location be sure to ask for George.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a fellow named Sandro who was exceptionally accommodating, even helping me get a fitting room without any fuss even though he was not in charge of that section. Great service and taking charge!!
