Customer service was on point, super helpful.
I just wish H&M made more extra small V neck T-shirts

H&M collection is always good, decent deals. The only problem i see is there shoe collection and beachwear. They can improve it for Miami stores.

Much better selection I purchased this for button up shirts two of them long sleeve two of them short sleeve and a new pair of jeans. I always tend to do all my shopping at H&M some are better than others at one time this one didn't rub me the right way however they redeem themselves. I was happy with my purchases and I got a discount at the end when I donated clothing three pieces minimum what is score!

Always lots of choices in this store. You can find everything you want. And it's cheap. Quality is not the best but it will last for one season.

For everyone who is complaining about the register lines and the fitting room closing at a certain time, they are understaffed. So unless you know someone who is interested in working, stop complaining. I had a family member who worked there and they have a lot on a plate since the floor coverage is rough. You guys are lucky that they even open the store, also it wouldn't kill you guys as customers to be nicer as well. Stop creating such messes, have some patience and MAYBE they would be able to have the fitting room open longer. Also understand that you cannot always get your way at the registers. People love to assume and get upset about things that are out of the staff's control. Aventura H&M keep doing a great job!

Love this place but they started to change the sizing a lot , they have very small amount of the small size.

I just stopped in the Lincoln Road Mall H&M to browse but ended up buying quite a few things. When I got in a very long line to pay for my items, I almost put my clothes down and just left, but decided to wait. The line moved very quickly and the Cashier, named Sean was the most pleasant, respectful, and helpful Cashier. The very first thing he did was say Hi and apologize for the wait, and I told him it was not bad at all, and he assured that they try their best to help everyone quickly so we would not have to wait long.

He proceeded to make sure I found everything, complimented my clothes and even helped me decide if one top would be the right size (because I did not try it on). He was upbeat and very engaging the entire time. Even tho, they try to get everyone through the line quickly I never felt he was rushing me. Great customer service. I overheard the young man that was a Cashier right next to him, and he seemed to be handling the customers with the same genuine attention and kindness. Kudos to the great employees at the H&M at Lincoln Road Mall.

I shop at H&M frequently and I really like this location. They have a great selection of collared shirts and slacks. The girl working the desk was very helpful and tried to help me save money by directing me to the sale items but unfortunately nothing that I was looking for was in my size.

H&M has been awesome with Fashion 2019. I have really been impressed all the fits and my finding. My love for the fit and price point of their jeans started about eight years ago! I love them. The custom jewelry is beautiful. The Wedding collection is STUNNING. If you haven't join the MEMERS SHOPPING PROGRAM PLEASE DO😊

I love love love H&M. I was happy to hear that they opened 2 locations here in South Florida. Most H&M i went to, it was confusing. But love the fact that the downstairs is catered to women and upstairs is kids and men.

The employees here are very attentive and helpful when trying to find something.

This H&M always has a great clearance selection. I've purchased so many items at a very affordable price. Definitely the best one yet!

Nice and clean. Easy to maneuver through the isle for social distancing. The reps were very helpful in directing the traffic throughout the store.

Huge, modern two story H&M. All the latest fashions. Staff is nice and will let you try things on. Always very busy, but very reasonable prices for Aventura.

Great place but they don’t have enough people to work therefore you will have to wait I like for at least 30 minutes before they can ring you out other than that ,this a great store they a lot of great clothes.

Ok so i am late finding our that sell plus size clothes. I found so much great clothes for me. Now i am in love with the store.

H&M has been a go to for me for several years now, maybe it's the classic vibe of it all, but I will say this, all expectations will be met shopping here
