Spoke with Steve over the phone and he helped me immensely when I needed it the most! Super professional, not sure if he’s a manager but he definitely should be!

Scott at this Verizon location went above and beyond to assist us. He was the only one working on a Saturday and gave fantastic customer service. He was multitasking to the max, talking on two phones (one on each ear) to figure out our problem, while on the computer, loading things on our cell phone and checking out another customer with the credit card machine. He was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely efficient. Very refreshing to see someone working hard at their job, has knowledgeable information to assist customers and can solve the problem. I applaud him and will continue to use this branch in the future for our service needs. Thank you so much Scott Manning!

Ethan is such an amazing sales associate. He has been helping us from start to finish and I wouldn’t use anyone else but him! He is great at his job and everything he does! We had a awsome experience because of him! I have continued to use him as my sales associate for years!!!! We love him! He has such an awsome personality and great work ethic he is efficient and all and all an amazing associate! Even when he moved locations we followed to that location!!!

Ethan was great! Needed to get a new phone put on my wife's plan. I brought my family with me. He was very polite and professional. Even offered my 17 month old son a job when he tried to help him with my phone. Good guy great service.

Hunter is by far one of the realest sales reps I’ve ever dealt with. He was straight up honest and to the point. He was so good at his job I went in for an upgrade from a S9 to the iPhone 12 Pro Max AND walked out with an Apple Watch. This is definitely your go to guy!!

I can't say enough good things about the help I received from Evin at Russell Cellular. After reading other positive reviews I went to their store. I recently had a not so happy experience with another Verizon Auth. Retailer. My fault as I was in an hurry after my "dumb phone" died and partially the sales person who was very new and did not know products or services. I hated the new flip phone I had purchased just 3 weeks ago after my previous phone died. I went to Russell cellular in search of a replacement - Evin understood immediately my level of technical understanding or lack thereof and suggested a smart phone that was reasonably priced, would work with my prepaid plan and that I could understand. In less than an hour he set everything up for me and I left the store extremely happy with my new phone. Others in the store were also on hand to lend assistance. I highly recommend Russell Cellular!
