This Dunkin is the best Dunkin. I go out of my way to come here! Great service. Maria. Nicky Bridget. Chris and Sandra. Everyone is great even at night. Great crew you got.

Nelson and Maria make my mornings!!! I get there at 5 when they first open and they are always ready to go. Both always have a smile and the food and drinks are always made correct. I literally drive by another Dunkin on my way to the Ogdensburg shop. I won’t go anywhere else!

This is the cleanest, most organized, Dunkin Donuts in Sussex County

The food is always hot and fresh & the drinks are always made perfectly. I go out of my way to visit this store rather than the one close by because I don't have to worry about my food or coffee being messed up here. The employees are always very fast, kind and friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff constantly goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service. Karen specifically always has my coffee ready for me when I come in. She’s a pleasant face in the morning and her demeanor starts my day off right. We are a small town community in Ogdensburg and the Dunkin’ here is perfect. Thank you for always providing a great atmosphere!

You will find that coffee and donuts are typically fresh at this location. The interior is always super clean, and the staff is super friendly and attentive.

This Dunkin is a bit out of the way for me but I stopped by Saturday to use the bathroom and I appreciated how clean it was. I'm not really a coffee person and usually like sour/sweet drinks so I asked the girl working and she recommended a strawberry dragonfruit lemonade. It was exactly what I needed! She was so friendly and made the drink really fast. She didn't have a nametag so I asked her and she told me her name is Karen. If you ever stop by this Dunkin and she's working, ask her to make your drink. You won't be disappointed!

This location is hands down my favorite. Easily make the drive to here over closer locations in my area. Between their friendly service, product presentation, knowledgeable suggestions on a drink I might like, or just making the customers feel important - it's no question why I've gone here almost daily for over two years, and will continue to do so!

Line had 5 people on it, girls behind the counter had that line moving quickly. I was out of there in Five minutes flat, coffee, donuts and gift cards. I was totally satisfied with the service. Thanks Double "D"

Everyone at this store is very friendly and efficient. My coffee is ready before I'm done paying for it. Store is clean including the restroom. No drive up though but that's not their fault. One of the best Dunkin stores I've been at.

Fantastic experience as always. Friendly and informative staff and eager to help. The only thing I wish was changed was that there is no ATM or option to tip on the card reader because the staff here consistently goes above and beyond.

This shop combines the feeling of both hometown Mayberry and Cheers....everybody knows your name as well as your order! The staff is beyond amazing creating the perfect combination of professionalism, the highest level of customer service as well as just being absolutely in tune with the customer and providing the most pleasant experience. You will NOT find this level of excellence in every franchise, but I am SO grateful that I do at this location. Kudos to the management and their wonderful team of employees who start my every morning (and sometimes end my evenings) in the most pleasant and positive way!!!

Ogdensburg Dunkin Donuts is hands down the best in Sussex County. The crew members are fast and extremely friendly. Mike and Ashley from management are the kindest people you will meet. I work at a near by fast food restaurant and understand how stressful it can be. But these employees always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming. I drive by 2 other Dunkin Donuts every day on my way to work just to go to this one. My friends, family, and I love “our” Dunkin Donuts. Thank you to the employees that are always so sweet and friendly to us. Xoxo

Dunkin Donuts makes great donuts and coffee. The atmosphere itself is great and I ordered nine donuts: six glazed, one glazed with sprinkles, one chocolate with sprinkles, and one strawberry frosted with sprinkles. Service is good as well.

Great staff, cleaned location. My best DD beverages have come out of this location. Highly recommend!

This is the best DD ever. The owner and his wife are amazing . The staff is also the best of the best.. the coffee is made right and it's clean, friendly and great coffee
