The people that work there are very helpful and took care of me!

My 84 y/o mom got a new cell phone as a birthday present. We took it to the store in Sussex NJ to be activated. I told them I would put in her contacts manually since she had a handful and to save her money. We were told they would NOT activate her phone unless she paid the $25 fee to switch her contacts AND a $35 activation fee. We walked out. We went to the Franklin store and were greeted by Donna after she was done with another customer. What a pleasure she was friendly, knowledgable and awesome. No charge for ANYTHING! Her store was full and had lots of employees. Sussex.....not a sole in there. No customers. Gee I wonder why? Highly recommend this awesome store and great staff. Thank you so much!! The best store!!

As I waited for Donna. I couldn't help over hear her transaction with an elderly couple. Donna went above and beyond her sale explaining just the basics really. But the older people needed help. Donna was so kind that I said to my self, if they were my parents I would have appreciated her helping them. Donna and Ryan are long time employees there who have assisted my husband andy self. They know what their doing, nice to see familiar employees. Verizon is lucky to have them! Really! My experience has never been nothing but great!

Absolutely STELLAR customer service. They went above and beyond to help me get my data off my broken phone and onto my new one, even when another store told me it was impossible. Thanks to everybody there!

Went there today because my phone fell in the pool. Lol..Ryan went above and beyond to set up my new phone with all my apps.. highly recommend..

I have been going to the Franklin location for many years and I would absolutely recommend them for all your Verizon needs!
Navigating through the Verizon site is next to impossible for me and today Nick took the time to help me with my phone upgrade. He was polite, helpful and professional. He took the time to look up all offers for my phone line and also explained everything available for myself and the other lines on my account.
Every sales person at this location has always gone above and beyond for me and my family members!

Nick Galdi was really great, he took care of 4 different customers at once when they were busy at open time and made sure everyone was attentively cared for. We got very good prices on new phones that were WAY BETTER then the prices they gave us at the corporate location in butler!! will definitely return

Donna was the absolute best. We were there for over 2 hrs..1/2 hr past closing I might add..and not once did they complain. She helped set up a brand new phone as well as transfer 2 older phones. She was super personable and when we ran into a problem with the last phone transfer she made sure to make a call and get it fixed right away. Also have to give a should out to Elvin as well who helped out a few times throughout our time there. 5 stars isn’t enough for their excellent customer service..they deserve at least 50 stars! Would absolutely go back again and recommend this store to anyone looking to get great customer service. Thanks again guys!

Great service!! While I'm a happy customer with Verizon, I did not upgrade my phone recently through them at the Franklin store. I got it elsewhere...regretfully. However, the all important follow-up and support, even after the phone is picked up, doesn't stop there. I walked in yesterday, met with both Donna and Ryan... Solution Specialists...and they did just that! They got me squared away with my issues and I was on my way. Thank you so much. Great job!

My 2nd time visiting this store, and I'm still blown away at how amazing the staff is there! Donna is my new go to girl! She was so knowledgeable and her customer service skills were above and beyond! She went out of her way to not only save me a ton of money, but to make sure everything from my damaged phone got transferred properly to my new phone. She's truly a life saver!

John Mann efficiently guided me to the two important accessories I requested, and quickly installed them for me as well. He seemed genuinely happy to help, answering all my questions, saving me from wasting time, worries or hassles. It's so nice to do business with a pleasant and knowledgeable professional.

I recently went into the Franklin store. The three young men working at that time Ryan, Elvin and John wend above and beyond to assist me. I was extremely impressed by the warm greeting I received when I walked into the store. I was further impressed by the way they answered all my questions, making sure I understand all the options available to me. I cannot say enough good things about these three good men. The simple little post doesn't even described the wonderful experience. They created!!

Francis B was such a professional sales representative. He explained all of the options so concisely and allowed us to come up with the best decision for the family plan. Thanks to Francis, we are saving so much money! He was so helpful and friendly, making the process very easy. I could tell that he knows what he is doing and is able to develop a good rapport with his customers and his coworkers' customers. A raise would be well-deserved!!!!
