It's the most awesome neighborhood store you'll ever find. The kind of store that makes you feel like a kid again. Large assortment of candy for the kids, along with toys that'll amaze you. There's also a stationary section, which includes cards for every special occasion. For us, grown-ups are a huge selection of beer, which is great. Coffee and snacks, which make it great when you're in a rush. And let me not forget an original slush puppies machine with about 5 different flavors. The owner, Frank, and his wife make you feel like your family when you stop in. Greatest experience. You'll be happy you stopped in. Oooooh, wait, and there's an awesome cigar shop with an assortment of choices. Check it out!

I adore the store with all kinds of beer. O God, inside the humid door, you can see all the popular cigars. Just bought couple of cigars and can't wait to try them!

Great selection of cigars with a walk in humidor. They have accessories as well. They do not have my brand of cigars but the selection is fantastic for not being a lounge. They have a huge beer selection as well.

My favorite place in West Harrison, white plains very friendly, make you feel welcome and part of the community. Pat and his partner great guys. Friendly and knowledgeable., I asked questions about German beers and he knew the answer to my question.

Very since local store. You could find lottery, postcards, beer and cigars. Also some toys for your little one's. This location was been there since a can remember, for me this is a landmark. Remember always to support your local business.

Sneakily has one of the best beer selections I've ever seen also has an impressive cigar collection as well it's basically an old-school stationery store they also have a ton of different cards for different events and lotto and candy

I work in the New York/ Connecticut area.i stop by Donahues for coffee and a scone and sometime a lottery ticket or two. I like the old school look and feel. It has almost everything you need. The owner is so nice and helpful. Love this place

Very lucky to have Donahue's in town. Excellent unique card collection, great fresh cigars, Frank sinatra, home-y atmosphere. Love it.

We used to visit Donahue's on an almost-daily basis in the late 80s and early 90s, as two summertime transplants from Texas and camp counselors at the Harrison Camp across the street, by Silver Lake.

Pat was always a pleasure to deal with, and some nostalgia led me to look Donahue's up on Google Maps -- it was an absolute pleasure to learn it was still open. It was the one place that helped ease the culture shock ("Do you ride a horse to school? Do you live on a farm? Do you know what sneakers are?") for both us as well as the New York natives having to deal and interact with these two weird Texans.

Pat, if you ever happen to read this, Jeff and Jennifer from Texas say, "Hello," and we're still very, very sorry for the "Playgirl Magazine Incident." We miss your store, we miss East White Plains, and we'll never forget the great times we had both at camp and in and around your store. We both hope you and your business are doing very, very well.

Quaint town "stationery" store. You know its been there a while if it could be called a stationery store. Same owner now that used to yell at us for paging thru the magazines. I dont anymore since they dont make playboy anymore.

Clean and organized shop with a very nice selection of beer and cigars. The owner is wonderful and clearly takes a lot of pride in his store.
