The pharmacist at this CVS is very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable.
When my prescription wasn't immediately available, she called around to the other CVSs in this area and was able to find me a needed medicine.

Please use cvs app for non urgent needs and call during off peak times if holding is issue! Thanks we have fax and voicemail where you can fax your issues with name and date of birth and name of meds needed! Also use cvs to prepaid your scripts to reduce register time. Covid vaccine not always in stock apologize for it

I believe there is an ongoing effort to improve this CVS located in an active family neighborhood. I recently wrote a complaint to the store about lack of personnel nearby to assist at a locked merchandise cabinet, and I received a well-crafted, informative response from the store manager. Among other things, she informed me that red call buttons are located throughout the store to summon help. The one major improvement I recommend is updating the self-checkout machines. While I believe the reports of prior customer complaints, I think that there has either been a change of management, resources or attitude that is improving the store. Don’t give up on this resource!

Never a problem here. Go out of my way to use this CVS get in and our and find all that I need.

I'm giving 5 stars to Ms. Amna Aziz, the pharmacist, who went above and beyond to process the prescription that I urgently needed. The CVS where I usually pick up prescriptions did not have my med in stock, and they gave me completely wrong instructions how to request a refill at the CVS 2320 Fairmount, on top of that they deleted my prescription instead of putting it on hold so that this CVS could process it. Ms. Aziz patiently followed up with them and then with my doctor's office and was able to get the needed info and give me the medication. I very much appreciate her help and wish all CVS pharmacists were that attentive to the clients' needs.

Wonderful customer service from the Pharmacy Dept. My son and I thought we registered online for COVID and FLU vax but it didn’t go through. They fit us in anyway and the shot didn’t hurt…hardly ;-)

Great service from all the employees I don’t understand why people complain about parking wait for an open spot to be available pretty sure the employees had to wait for parking as well if it was busy.

The Security and Cashier staff here are extremely kind, helpful, and empathetic.
