Very nice people

I walk into the store which is in fact branded as Sunoco and no one seems to be inside except another man looking at chips in the isle. I am then told by what seemed to be the attendant that I may not buy beer but I haven't said a word. I tell the woman that I'm not looking for beer and she then snaps "well what do you want." I tell her I want 5 dollars in cash and she says "well you'll have to buy something first" I expect this and of course agree. I scan the Isle for something small to pull cash from the transaction and realize that the terminal didn't give me an option to get cash back( like every other 711 I've ever been to). I then said I didn't see an option for cash back to which she replies "oh we don't do cash back". I tell her the reason I bought cookies was for cash back to which she yells "have a good night" at me. So. 1. This is crazy rude. 2. I told the attendant I wanted cash back and didn't get it. 3. I don't want her to get in trouble because people make mistakes but someone has to look into a retrain on customer service which actually says more about the hiring and tolerance of the management itself. It's not bad that they don't offer cash back, or nicotine products... Or lotto but we need to do better we all have difficulty in life. Hope this helps.
