Casey’s General Store

I've always been warmly greeted, quickly serviced and happy with my experiences at this location. Their biscuits and gravy are my favorite. They have a long-term customer in me as long as they keep serving up the biscuits and gravy! 😂

this is a nice & new store. if you're going for pizza, call ahead because the kitchen is staffed 50 % of the time...

It was nice when it opened but it quickly went downhill after the first couple of months of opened. Back then, you could walk in at 11 and have your choice of things to eat for lunch. In the time since, the lunch items show up later and later. Today I walked in at almost 11:30. Only one cheese pizza and the other case was still all breakfast items. If you are looking for a place to grab something quickly for lunch, this is not it. I'm guessing they need to up their pay so they can get more people and keep them.

This location went downhill quickly. The manager the cashier at the time is very rude, she started accusing Me and three co-workers of cutting in front of customers the other day she was scolding us in front of other customers. We ask to speak to the manager she said she was the manager We never did this and are always polite and patient (you must be the food is never ready on time). Extremely disappointed, will not be back to this location ever again. We work for an exceptionally large company so this will affect their busines.

This one location (and the one on Metcalf) have completely ruined a good companys reputation with me and most of the people I work with. Our office is just across the street from this one and its pathetic. Never any food ready, kitchen is staffed about half the time. Rude and unprofessional staff as well. They have an open dumpster that they cant seem to find wiht the trash they throw in there, and its seeping all over the sidewalk you take to get into the building. If you make it that far, be aware that they set up their smoking station about 5 feet from the front door and stand out there all day in groups chain smoking, literally forcing you to walk through a cloud of nastiness just to get in the store. Was so excited during the year long renovation of the building, and now its just a drain on the community.

Don’t bother I ordered a pizza over an hour in advance online and they didn’t have it ready for pick up. Four people were making a woman’s order which had been placed three hours prior, she told me, when I arrived at the store. Me and another man canceled our order because the wait, which had already been 15 minutes, was going to take at least another 15 while people ahead of us were being helped despite our online order. We had to wait yet again for someone from the kitchen to man the cash register and process our cancelations. Not impressed.

The manger of this store is Rude and very unprofessional. I asked a question and all she did was snap at me like I was a child. We are grown people that don't need some lady to talk to us like a child. SHUT THIS STORE DOWN. you only been here for what a few months. And the people of Mission wants you gone.

This location has went downhill quickly. The manager is very rude and food is almost never ready. Very disappointed, will not be back to this location ever again.

Unprofessional, pathetic customer service.

I placed an app order and they cancelled it without even contacting me, but still charged my card. I drove all the way from downtown KC and was told “they were supposed to call you” but I was never notified of anything at all. As someone who works in customer service that’s completely unacceptable.
