Want to know what it looks like to have great employees and excellent customer service? Go into the UDF on Branchill-Guinea Pike in Loveland. The ladies working there this morning were wonderful. I had almost forgot what it was like to see people working hard, doing their job, being friendly to the customers and running a store like it should be. THANK YOU DARLA and staff for the wonderful smiles this morning. You made my day!!!!

Every time I come in it’s very clean, smells fresh! The staff are amazing on night shift, Linny, Nathan, and Joshua are all very nice staff and do a great job. 5 stars all the way!! 😀

Love the ice cream…but the cleanliness of this store is really bad! The floors were a mess and look like they have not been mopped in days. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper!

Used to enjoy getting shakes from here. Now you spend $5 or more and have no idea if your getting a shake or expensive milk. Used to be able to ask for them to leave your shake thick. Now self service kiosk has removed ability to communicate. If you want a thick shake it’s an additional $1.50. Don’t risk the money. If your looking for a shake go somewhere else.

Don't come here for gas unless you have nowhere else to be. Gas pumps are half the speed of normal pumps.
