Found what I wanted & more. Went to 3 stores before I ended up at JcPenneys. Didn't find anything I liked. Should have just started at JcPenny!!

The nicest JC Penney store in the area by far. Excellent selection and store layout. Helpful employees. Will gladly make the 45 minute drive to shop here.

Still love this store. Nice and quiet, no crowds. People ask if they can help. Usually a line to check out. Checkers ask if they can help carry (I walk with a walker or cane). Shopping carts available too which is nice so you don't have to carry around lots of clothes.

We came here for some professional pictures of ourselves and our dog. The pet-friendly picture studio got some great shots of our beloved Dachshund. We think they turned out amazing and can’t wait to share them with our friends.

JCPenney has something for everyone! I enjoyed the last offer area where I got a cute top for $5.39 (before tax). The dressing area was clean. The selection in all areas was Amazing! The designs for this season are just lovely! Whether you go for that certain something, or going for everything. The service is lovely, each member of staff wanted to help until you got the maximum amount of savings.
The store is clean. With prices ranging all across the board, you are certainly going to find more than you bargained for! But at this quality, that's a good thing!

This store is absolutely excellent. I frequent this location and the employees are always friendly and helpful, not to mention the entire company has lowered their prices. I bought several pairs of pastel colored and floral shorts here for summer--all from $11-$20 per pair! The prices really can't be beat. I think this store has a great selection for being as small as it is. It looks a lot bigger on the outside and they really have every department: juniors, women's, petites, men's, home decor, even outdoor, small kitchen appliances, and dishes. It's awesome. Definitely recommend it.

I received excellent service in fine jewelry today from William. He took the time to match my needs with my wants. I appreciate his awesome attitude and professionalism in assisting me with purchasing diamond earrings as a late Christmas 🎄 gift. You rock William and I will be back!

Over the past couple of months, I've eneded up making several trips because of the ridiculously awesome sales, and the pleasant staff. I've been greeted each time I went, and felt like they cared about my experience. Kudos to Lia and her manager for going above and beyond, honoring an item that was on a clearance rack but not sure if it should have been there. That's how you win for the customer! I will be back!

I went in to return an item and didn't have my receipt. Lia was absolutely awesome and spent quite a bit of time (over 15 minutes) looking up my purchase so that I was refunded the correct amount that I paid. Their system was only going to give me $6 but she was able to find my original receipt which allowed me to get the $42, original purchase price, refund for me. Thanks Lia for helping me out!!!

Great store. Haven't been shopping in a while. Prices are up a lot.

I love this JCPenny, it's close to my home and has a good selection on plus size clothes. We love their Disney section, my daughter has to visit it every time. And even though we say we won't buy anything, we usually do because their sales are great and everything is super adorable. The staff and management here are very friendly and helpful. The salon has great prices on high end shampoo and sophora is always stalked with brand names to sample. The fenty beauty line there is incredible to see in person, the shade range is outstanding and I can't wait to go back and purchase my perfect shade.

Love the selection and prices here! Also, the salon is FABULOUS! I've been getting my hair cut here for several years now, and they were especially great when my hair was growing back after doing chemotherapy!!!

Love their nice Clothing and shoes 👟 one thing that brothers me a little bit is that the lines are very long and there is usually one employee and one line JCPenney has alot of great stuff I love ☺

I've been to this JCPenney's many times, particularly on Black Friday. Of all the times I visited the shelves were always organized in the clothes were neatly folded. Additionally if you ever needed help there was always an employee nearby. No I'm not crazy about JCPenney's selection, really can't ask for more in terms of how to run a store.

Great sales, but I’m not sure how long this location will be open. Much of the sales floor was empty. Perhaps they are changing out seasons, but based on the stock levels things did not look great.

Great JC Penney. Outstanding workers, selection, and prices. We will be going back there for all of our clothes and items like that.
