AT&T Store

Josh was super helpful and very easy to work with in getting a new iPhone. My other one became super glitchy, so I stopped into the store not for a new phone, but to fix the one I had. However the Apple universe had other plans. Josh was patient and respectful, finding me the right phone and accessories while honoring my financial constraints. If you have to spend time and money on this process, Josh makes it a whole lot easier and more pleasant. Highly recommend!

We had the good fortune to be helped today by Mark (the manager). Mark is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. But one thing more is worth mentioning here. Mark is extremely patient. During our time with Mark, some rather pushy customers came into the store. Completely unflustered, Mark kept things moving, answered people’s questions, all while giving us his full attention. I was very impressed by Mark’s maturity, and his abilities as a salesman and as a manager. He is a credit to AT&T.

Quinn at the Gateway store is excellent! He takes care of multiple customers with ease and keeping everyone engaged while waiting for their phones to update. I can’t say enough to convey how much he does for his customers. Glowing praise!

Shane, mark, and Michelle were very helpful. Very knowledgeable about products. Was busy at one time as we took very long, but they were able to juggle and help everyone, without letting us feel abandoned.

I had the best experience at AT&T! The manager Mark helped me transfer five of my cell phone lines from Verizon, where I had terrible service. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and just all-around nice. I cannot say enough good things about AT&T and Mark!! I will never switch cell phone carriers again.

This is for Quinn, I can honestly say I witnessed this weekend one of the best representatives a company can only wish they had. His patience, calm demeanor sprinkled with some humor as he delt with a challenging customer was something dreams are made of for an employee representing a brand. I have ran both sales and customer experience organizations for Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years and see and listening to Quinn in action, made me so happy to know that there are still great reps out there who do make a difference. If you guys don’t take of him, I will steal him in a heartbeat.

Special shout out to Quinn. I recently purchased the Samsung Flipz5. For some reason I had trouble syncing it to my car. Quinn actually took time when it wasn't any customers to get in my car and actually helped me and got it to work. Great Customer service

Quinn and mark were amazing, came in to get updated phones and they were able to help us get our iPads connected as well as new apple watches. Great employees very professional and helpful. Will always return here going forward.

I stopped in the Gateway shopping center store because my phone was “locked up”. Wow! What an awesome experience I had!! Mark and Quinn were so professional, solved my problem immediately, and explained what was wrong. They also introduced me to the new Smartphone. You have a great team!

Fact is, just the thought of coming into an AT&T store gets me agitated! I had to come in because I thought my phone was stolen. As it turned out, it wasn’t.
