I went in there today needing help with printing out a syllabus for a class that I’m teaching. I had the nicest ,most professional young man help me his name is Elijah. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He was kind, helpful, and patient. So nice to see that in the younger generation.

Had some items I needed to get for our office. Because I needed the items by the next day, I placed an online order & picked up later that day. Staples in Wayne, PA had the monitors and all the cables with video adapters I needed to replace a few workstation monitors that went bad on me. Their associates were helpful and helped me pick the items I needed. The entire process was quick & easy, thanks to having a full brick n mortar store that I was able to actually compare items in person. Thank you!

Staples has always been our go to for office products and printing needs. The staff are friendly and efficient and the store is always well stocked, neat and clean. My only complaint would be the issues I continue to have with the rewards program, no tracking and giving me credit for my purchases. Other than that glitch in their system, everything else is 'A' rate.

The person was very helpful when I returned the wrong version of the H&R Block tax program and bought the correct version.

Farris at the print center was awesome! He is very friendly and has great customer service.

Store associate named Abdel goes above and beyond every time. Time and again he shows courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the products. On my most recent visit he helped me find a better deal on buying paper in bulk, then carried it to the register and out to my car. Excellent customer service at this Staples location!

I used to work at Staples and today I went over there to buy me a couple of supplies for my job. I realize I miss them and this place I was happy and excited to see all of them. This is the funny part I seen all the donation boxes for a moment it triggered my trauma just kidding! 😂🤣😂🤣 I realize I really did miss donating these boxes and I hear I'm still the queen of the boxes. ❤❤❤

Shopping and using the services of Staples is a consistently good experience, and sometimes even extraordinarily so - people being helpful, professional and kind, beyond the call.

Very helpful staff. I visited the store to get some photocopies. After coming home I realized that I forgot my passport and it was almost closing time. I called the store, someone picked up my call and they checked and let me know that the passport is there. I told them how badly I need my passport as I have an appointment in New York the very next day. I reached the store ASAP and a young man handed my passport to me. Thank you so much. You saved my day.

Have been going to Staple for business needs, Ink, paper, and then the assortment of folios....since Staple opened in Chicago in the 80's. My goto store today is in Gateway Center, Wayne, PA. The people are all very helpful.

It so happened that my fiancé walked into this stapes and Brigida Tirado was very instrumental with getting him in and out. It’s all about how people made you and she was warm and welcoming and made his day better Simply by lending a helping hand.

My first order of business today, ( first day of internet in 2 days) is to thank Asish Patel, the kindest most honest and knowledgeable person at Staples. After 2 days of no internet and 8 Comcast representatives, Comcast had me convinced that I needed a new computer. Ashish took the time to listen to me and make sure that I really needed a new computer. He tested mine and isolated the issue for me to go home and give Comcast one more shot. Two more visits to the Comcast store, one more hard phone call and a new modem, my issue was fixed. I always buy my computers at Staples and they last a long time. Next computer will be no different but I will personally ask for Asish Patel to help me. Thank you again and Staples you have a great person working for you

Dave, the manager, has helped us twice. Tonight he was outstanding in figuring out a refill for a well used and liked pen. Other people said it could not be done and he accomplished it. We will keep going back there particularly because of good and helpful like him.

always helpful that's how I would describe the workers at Staples. No matter what my problem they make every effort to help me as efficiently and quickly as possible. I appreciate all the hard work they do and I have to tell you, This is my grandchildren's favorite store.

Staples has products I need for my business and that's one reason I go there. Another reason, and as important as any supply I need, is the fabulous associate, Brigida! It is so nice to feel like you are stopping in to see a friend and that's what Brigida does for this customer and I suspect many others! She's allllwwways friendly, helpful and makes ya' smile! The staff in Wayne are all super stars and Brigida is one of their brightest!

Great store. Clean, well organized. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I almost always find what I'm looking for. Purchased this great journal for just $6 bucks.
