CVS

We just wanted to say a special thank you to Paul Vincent the pharmacist. We have a teen with anxiety about needles. Our first attempt at a booster the other day was not a success at another branch, but Paul helped our daughter through it so that she could get the shot in the end. He has a spectacular bedside manner that worked wonders for us. Thanks so much!

Pharmacy staff were absolutely incredible today! My fiancé went to pick up my prescription as I was just released from the hospital and there was an issue with my insurance coverage resulting in an almost $900 cost for a one month supply of blood thinner. The staff was amazing and helped him get through to the pharma co/insurance co and ended up reducing my cost to $20. Truly outstanding service during a very difficult time- I wish I could thank them all personally!! Pharmacist Jenna was our MVP super star!!!

I started going to this CVS after the pharmacy of the one at 1450 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, stooped being able to have the stock to fill my monthly prescriptions. This CVS is wonderful- clean, always has my meds, polite staff, etc.

Staff is great I don’t know about pharmacy but the store is Nice. Stopped by cos I forgot to by some baby essentials. They had everything I needed for our day trip and the workers were helpful.

Shelly was extremely cooperative. She did everything she could to address some issues we had with a Photo Book order.

A nice location on a junction , somewhat east accessible . Coiled easily see the staff shortage on work . Not a big store as compared to peer but satisfy most of your pharmaceutical needs . Product selections are ok , store is fairly new look.

What pharmacy closes their gate at 5pm??? Now without my medication and my sons because they didn’t update their hours online or post it anywhere besides a piece of paper on the gate, not cool cvs

I had a question about where to find an item within the store and this employee took about 3 minutes to even acknowledge me when I stood there and kept saying “excuse me”… she was to engaged in a chit chat with a friend of hers who I guess was also visiting the store. When I finally raised my voice to say “hello”, I got a dirty look instead but still no “may I help you?”
Is this where the customer service is at in almost 2024? This woman/employee looked to be about retirement age- I surely expected a lot more from someone from her generation.
The kicker was she said the store didn’t carry the item I was looking for but I found it myself anyway. She didn’t seem to care when I confronted her. Just awful. Also, see photos of their dusty shelves.

The pharmacy team here is absolutely terrible. I called last week and asked for the availability of a medication, was told “it’s on back order” and they immediately hung up. Today I called to have that “back ordered” prescription transferred and the pharmacy told me they don’t do transfers and the doctor just needs to send a new prescription to Caremark.. I’ll absolutely not have any more of my medication sent here.
