I have MS I have been going to CVS pharmacy for 16 years. The most ridiculous unruly People that treated me like dirt. I also went to Walgreens on Mineral Spring next to rt. 146. I was not treated with any respect their either! My doctor mixed up the two stores and the Walgreens on Mineral Spring next to rt. 7 they treat me like I am something so special always calling with notifications of my prescriptions status. Unreal in 16 plus years no one has ever done that! You cannot even call into the pharmacy at CVS anymore,shame on them. I have a new family now! Thank you 1665 M.S.Ave.!

The staff here is pleasant, efficient, and warm. IM going on 6 years and am yet to have anything negative to say and always have positive experiences.

Communication is an absolute blessing through the WALGREENS application, which makes things so much easier for both you and the staff.

To understand how busy they are and the volume of work to the staff count, you should learn to be patient and think ahead.

It's pretty simple (for people who complain) to learn patience and communication through the Walgreens application, I assure you its simplicity and ease of use make things efficient and smoother for everyone .

The people are very nice and polite. They have a little bit of everything. Specially, convenient stuff.

Pharmacy closed ALL WEEKEND. I understand shortages in healthcare (I'm a doc) but professionals who make decent $ and serve the public have to work more than they want. Remember Covid.

The store itself is pretty standard, but the pharmacy is so slow. As another reviewer said, they’re sometimes days behind on filling prescriptions, and it’s not uncommon to spend 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for pickup even when the store is not busy.

Pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Poor pharmacy staff. I won't be going to even shop there ever again. I called corporate office to complain. Just a "we are sorry for your inconvenience". When I spoke to the store manager, he hung up on me. Terrible customer service!

Open the bloody Pharmacy on the weekends. Maybe if corporate paid their Pharmacists a competitive salary there wouldn't be this issue!
Moving prescriptions out of this poorly run Walgreens chain.

Ever since this store went from a Rite Aide to Walgreens it’s been a mess. It’s messy, many of the items are full of dust or there is just no inventory. The Pharmacy sends you a prescription refill reminder and you go to pick it up and it’s not ready. They tel you it’s too early to refill, with only 1 tablet left? The staff are friendly but Walgreens continues to disappoint on many levels. Despite it being in a convenient location, I’ll be changing pharmacy’s.

Walgreens staff is very careless. We gave the sample for covid test to travel we got the result is saying as missing label on the sample tube and so cannot be tested.at the last minute we received the above message so we had to cancel our tickets and payed penalty amount $750

I am so upset right now. I am in desperate need of a PCR Covid test. I went online, made my appt. Didn't receive a notification email so i called in person to male sure. I arrived 5 minutes early and im still sitting uere in line an hour later. Something about insurance. Couldn't thay have taken care of that in the 8 hours before i arrivedin person

Since they switched from Rite Aid, the pharmacy has been AWFUL! I've never heard of a pharmacy being days behind on refilling a prescription, and not just mine!!! It had nothing to do with insurance, just they are days behind!! Have u ever heard of this happening?! It has happened for at least the past two months! Also, be prepared to wait on hold for over 20 min's for someone in pharmacy to pick up the phone! Absolutely ridiculous that a company is operating like this! I am no longer a customer at that location because of it!

Occasionally, I bought two OTC here. When I check the price online, I found they are $5 overpriced comparing to CVS. Never will try Walgreen anymore.
