We always have had great service at Soccer Village. We had an issue with our soccer cleats that were defective. Cassie at the Beechmont store was wonderful! Great customer service. That is what keeps us coming back to Soccer Village! Keep up the great work!

Great selection for everything soccer

This place is excellent. My husband and I were looking for a pair of cleats, and we tried Dick's initially. After wandering around Dick's shoe department completely unable to find an employee to help us, we left and decided to try Soccer Village instead.

We were greeted immediately by Abby. She not only retrieved shoes for my husband to try on, but she also suggested the best cleats to fit his foot shape. He said they're the most comfortable cleats he's ever tried on, and they were MUCH more affordable than ordering directly from the manufacturer. We caught them on a sale day, so YMMV with pricing.

We'll definitely be back for everything else he needs! The staff was friendly, and they had everything we were looking for. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

The nice sales person even got me a jersey right off the wall display because they didn't have any of the team in stock.

Had an issue with an order at first, but worked with Krista and they more than made up for it with great customer service. I don't live in Cincinnati anymore but will definitely turn to them when I'm searching for apparel in the future.

I placed an online order from their clearance section which they initially had some trouble finding the ordered product in their warehouse. Julie called and emailed me and truly went above and beyond in getting the order completed for us. 5 stars for extraordinary customer service. Thank you!

Great selection and very knowledgeable staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. For the people complaining about the prices. You get what you pay for. You want quality you have to pay for it.

UPDATE AS OF 9/9/2019

The store manager just reached out to me, and with out a doubt this young lady understands customer service.... She had acknowledged the issue and agreed to swap the shoes out! We couldn't be happier with the service she provided! It is sad Nike wouldnt step to the plate and own their mistake! As I work for Honda, we wouldnt sell a car and 14days later have a door panel fall off and say it was cosmetic, we would correct the issue and move on.. thank you ma'am for helping us out and correcting the issue!

I have shopped here for many years, with 2 club players and 1 high school soccer player, this place has collected alot of money over the years. Just recently we purchased a pair of Niker Superfly 7 elite fg. You know the ones that cost 274$ not even 14 days later the Nike Swoosh emblem starts to come loose, naturally spending about 300$ and the years of buying at this place you would assume they would assist you... well they dont, they don't care! They stated it is cosmetic and doesnt effect the performance.. well after 14 days it's ok for them cosmetically to fall apart and that's ok? NO it's not ok! Put your customers before the $$$ it did effect the performance especially when you are running with some nike wire dangling... I can completely understand if this was 2 or 3 months of playing etc but 14 days?! And they told us to pretty much pound salt..

Well I'm positive and would suggest to all to find another soccer store for your needs, because when it comes I have 3 players with my youngest at 9 so there will be many more years of purchases that this place will loose out on.

Madi at the Beechmont store location was such a huge help! My daughter has outgrown youth sized cleats this year and despite being measured for shoe size, we still had a great deal of trouble finding a cleat that fit. Madi took so much time to find us cleats that were not only player approved, but the correct fit. She even helped my daughter learn how to get her foot into the cleat's collar with ease. Pretty good selection and pricing for a smaller, local store. The staff really makes this store a standout-- they are friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with kiddos!
