Great staff, very helpful. It’s great there’re open on Sundays. Even if it’s only for a few hours. And later in the evenings when most places are closed. 👍👍

Broke down near by, limped to the store. Shannon found the parts we needed and lent tools to get us back on the road in no time flat.
Staff was friendly and very helpful, all parts in stock, no wait or ordering nonsense.

Honestly you can't find a smarter group of parts guys around.
Long time dedicated employees. & I'm talking 30+ yrs.
Imagine the years of deciphering Customers mechanical explanations. 😅 Like from those of us that are not mechanically inclined. Oh and the parts delivery lady is Cool. Orders received incredibly fast and she's always polite.

I have had simple things like a sun shade to getting my battery charged. The staff is very awesome. I appreciate being treated like someone very important no matter the question or need. If they aren't able to find it they will order it with good timing.

Out of towner, stopped in with issues with my alternator. Because of the age/model of my truck, they didn’t have the stock on hand but offered to get me it ASAP. I declined because I had something else lined up. This review is in regards to the staff and how helpful they were. They answered all my questions and when I brought my dead alternator in, they helped as much as they could, including taking it in back and helping get some things off it due to my lack of tools on hand in truck. I would absolutely recommend this Napa store to anyone.

Adrian went above and beyond when helping us find an alternator! He even let us use his own personal tool! Wonderful experience, very knowledgeable staff!

This place is awsome it has it all. The workers here are always nice and as helpful as can be. I bought a stearing wheel cover and I went to parking lot to put it on and the leather ripped so I took it back in and swapped it out for me free of cost. You wont find that kind of service in a big city. I would and will recommend this place to any and all.

If you have a mechanical issue with your car and break down on the hwy in that area, PRAY THAT YOU ARE NEAR NAPA IN GARBERVILLE!! THET ARE A LIFE SAVER!

Last weekend I was driving to Crescent City northbound on Hwy 1 in a driving rainstorm when my alternator went out, leaving I was stranded in Garberville late Sunday night. Next morning I called Napa at 7:02 AM Richard the store manager answered the phone ever so politely, and to my surprise not only were they open bright and early on Martin Luther King Day holiday, but they had a battery and alternator for my truck. I asked if I could work on my truck in their parking lot and he said no problem (now, I am not a mechanic and have never changed an alternator in my life). I got my truck to the Napa store somehow...they provided me with enough tools to take out my alternator and battery. Their prices on the new alternator and battery were very good. I managed to put in the new alternator run less than an hour and I was back on the road before 9:00 A.M.

As always I never had what you need with the Napa Know How I went here with an odd car just to try before I went to the internet I'm sure enough they sourced it found it ordered it guys with Napper wonderful as well as the time I was there I probably saw them help 5 people help fix their car right from the counter. I just wanted to say Thank You to the team at Napa here in Garberville. Everytime I go in there, they are so helpful with everything and everyone. Customer service is their priority. Best auto parts store in the emerald triangle! These guys know their stuff. Most things are in stock and if not it'll be there the next day. Competitive prices.

These guys are awesome! I bought a replacement headlight from them and they installed it for free. And they were very friendly.

Clary's Auto/ Napa Auto is open for business opening at 7 am. They are practicing all covid precautions with employees wearing masks and with counter shields at the registers. Clary's is a long established business, employees knowledgeable and always helpful.

Well, it is a Napa and they have every part at an inflated price especially this one. But, what other choice we have in this area so just go there and if they don't have the part you want they can get it next day usually.

The people are cool and friendly that works their! They can order an get your part delivered the next day!
