Signature Organic Coffee

What a gem in an unexpected location. I wasn't expecting to find such friendly people and a well-run coffee roaster here. Definitely worth the stop for an array of fresh drip and high quality beans. I love that you see the roaster right as you walk in.

Their savory scone!!! 🤤 Absolutely delicious. I got one this morning. Had to come back at lunch for another. I washed in down with a Mexican coffee. The touch of spice was perfection. Will definitely be on my “to pop in” list when driving through the Giants.

Signature has some really great in-house roasted coffee, located in a smaller town. They're friendly and knowledgeable folks there. Stop by and get a brew or take a bag of coffee beans to go. You won't be disappointed.

I always have to pop by on my way through for an Iced Mocha Sumatra. Absolutely Love it! And they usually have a great selection of various baked goods. Got this coffee cake the other day.... perfect.

Excellent coffee roasters! Great little selection of treats. Locally made gluten free options, local cafe brio pastries. Beef jerky/candy/ canned mate/ and of course coffee beans!

We were on vacation when we came across this quaint little coffee shop. I ordered a White Mocha. It was the best coffee I've EVER experienced. Not bitter or too sweet. We enjoyed it so much we went back all 3 days that we were in the area. Their pastries are lovely as well. Definitely worth the stop!

Try the iced extra dark black thunder or the Mexican mocha! Such a cute spot with amazing fresh roasted coffee.

Trancelike aromas tantalizingly anticipation what Work, just the Dark Sumatra Organico-go-go, or to go, move a little slow, as these humbling,, rambling experiences creates the mood, the smoky, rich, with that splash of Humboldt Creamery half or half, four or so Raw Sugar batting out of my league! Remember, Hot over cold, flavor smashing , just unleashing my little binge.

Love signature coffee cbd powder white mocha with the light roast of the day and they have very good fresh bacon cheddar scones I love the kmud roast & shelter Cove blend my favorites different roast different days they help support our local community like hospic wonderful locally owned business! 💛

I have been buying five pound bags of "Black Thunder" beans for several years. It is consistently the best cup of coffee on the globe! Everything else tastes like muddy water compared to it. I never allow myself to run out of this coffee.

I love the coffee here, my favorite is the sumatra, both brewed at the shop and the roast beans by the lb. This business is a great Humboldt county institution. The service at the counter was prompt and cheerful, the girl making coffee was knowledgeable and competent. I like how the roasting apparatus is openly displayed so i can see the actual roasting process. Neat.

Stayed at a KOA campground where they were serving this coffee. Blown away by how good it was! Unfortunately did not get to Redway in time to check out their shop. Will be making the effort to order some online when I get home.

The barista, Tasha, was very kind and helpful! 😊 Also, this place has the best blueberry scones I've ever tried! The drip coffee is also quite delicious. 👍🏼🙂

I love signature.
The drinks are consistent, always made perfectly using only high quality ingredients. They serve 5 different blends of drip coffee(hot+iced), hot chocolate, matcha, chai, and Yerba mate. NO ESPRESSO. Milk alternatives are available, as well as coffee ice cubes. They are usually stocked with a few quick bite options including scones, croissants and some other snacks. There is also a fridge with miscellaneous decaf cold drinks.
I come here weekly to grab my coffee beans for home. The beans are all roasted in house. Almost all of the blends offered are organic or fair trade. It’s nice that they offer an extensive list of single origin beans, plus there are always a coulple limited edition farms featured.

Had the ham and cheese and chocolate croissants, as well as the blueberry scone, with a piping hot cuppa coffee. Was the perfect start to a cold fall day driving through the Redwoods! You guys rock!

The roast their own coffee. Their employee are wonderful. Oh when you order iced coffee they use coffee ice cubes. Whaaaat, so it never gets watered down? Huge plus during hot summer days.
