LOVE THE VEGAN OPTIONS!! and the health food aisles, plus the awesome produce, sushi made to order, and the tapas bar. Also, best fresh shrimp the meat market employees can steam and season in Cajun old bay to go. Awesome for skipping the boil at home and risking over cooking.

Grocery stores in town do not sell parsnips. I asked the produce man if they were just out of stock, and he replied, "No, we don't sell them anymore because we threw out mid than we sold."
Parsnips are similar to a carrot, but they are higher in vitamins & minerals and much sweeter than a carrot. Perfect in a vegans soups and stews, add with potatoes & onions in roast, added to Drunken Pork stew, yummy in a green salad or vegetable tray, steamed, but my absolute favorite way to eat parsnips is roasted along side baby potatoes, onions topped with bacon crumbles, then drizzled with a mustard sauce. I should have planted my fall/ winter garden, and then I could pull up a few parsnips for dinner and day....

People really need to eat more nutrient rich veggies for their health and for the environment. Our food causes 1/3rds of all emissions

This is an excellent Kroger all around. I can get in and out within 20 minutes. The self-checkout works extremely well with the app. If I forget my debit card, I can still check out with he app. The employees are nice and I have always enjoyed my interactions with them. Kroger prices are hard to beat- especially the clearance items. It also has a few items from abroad that I enjoy and can't find anywhere else and every shower and shaving item needed. Great selection of wines too and a few that are under 3 dollars.

So many good things about our favorite Kroger, but Louis is the absolute best! Keep that man, as he makes you look awesome. His customer service ethic is outstanding! Always professional and knowledgeable!!!

Been in Hot Springs right at a year...and this was and always will be the favorite. There are "regulars" on staff that are very friendly, and items are stocked. Selection is complete and there are several items in inventory that are a pleasant surprise. I take my service dog every time...in fact when I tell her "Kroger" it gets a "head twist"..... even she approves

Kroger always has everything we need and want. We always look for Kroger and Kroger subsidiaries during our travels. This Kroger was nice, clean and well stocked. The produce was fresh and stocked nicely. They had Sushi and the spicy was actually spicy. Sometimes we get spicy that is sort of tasteless, but this was good and fresh. They also have a fuel center with easy access for our Motorhome. Pricing was exactly as we expected. We self checked and Katherine was a big help to us with produce codes and corn 🌽 identification!

Great staff and selection. This store has been remodeled in the last couple of years and now has many specialty stations such as antipasti, cheese, sushi, etc. Everyone I've talked to has been very friendly and helpful. They have a great to-go salad bar too.

Love Kroger! Produce and meats are so much better than Walmart. Employees are nice and speak to you. Store is always clean. There are always enough check-out aisles open other than just self check out. Their Kroger brand items are also better than Great Value brand .

It was great to find a familiar store while we were on vacation. It was clean and reasonably priced. The staff at the cheese counter and roaming the store were very helpful in finding miscellaneous items. I wish I had tried the ribs they were smoking out front :D

Clean, well organized, friendly employees. Parking can prove difficult during busy times - this store and fuel station stay busy with high traffic volumes on Airport Rd/US Hey 70. Handicapped parking, motorized shopping carts, carry out. It also has a Pharmacy and nice floral dept. The Cheese Shop is awesome and tasty along with the Suishi and salad bars.

Friendly, helpful employees. Steady checkout. Offers carry out with out having to beg or stand &wait an hour. Offers Sr days discounts and earn gas discount on spending. Products are not moved around,so when shopping you can go to aisle 6 & get same item as last time. Don't have to search the whole store

Jesus, a produce department team leader, gave my wife and me outstanding customer service. We asked for a specific product (fennel) we could not find; he went looking for it, found it, and prepared it as a "marked down" item because it was not as fresh and attractive as it should be for display. He went above and beyond to give us first-class service and we appreciate it very much.

Nice savings all through the store, plus if you sign up for the Kroger card, you get gas discounts based on what you spend. Earn 100 points from buying $100 of groceries, and that gets you $.10 off per gallon of fuel.

I've been shopping at this Kroger for over 40 years (it used to be in the older building next door that now houses Big Lots) - and it's just about the only grocery store in town that I regularly visit. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They've kept this store up-to-date and modernized over the years, and recently just finished a major remodeling that added an expanded deli, sushi & salad bar, and an entire section of more health-conscious foods. Also has a pharmacy & floral sections.

That this store is wonderful! Clean, great variety, fresh meats and produce,good weekly sales Nd I love the Simple Truth line of organic foods; please continue your good work.

They have a great selection of meat and produce. Their a little pricey though
