Cicis Pizza

We enjoy eating there!!! They make what we ask for and the staff is always friendly and helpful and always keeping things clean.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was to be delivered by Uber eats. After waiting for hour and half and no pizza we realized The Uber eats driver stole my pizza! I called cicis and spoke to Mario who then had my pizza remade and HE PERSONALLY delivered as quickly as possible AND gave my kids cinnamon rolls as a dessert for the trouble. This kind gesture of him going above and beyond personally delivering my pizza was amazing and I will continue to support Cicis bc of this! Thank you Mario!

Carolyn treated me to lunch today at CiCi's, it was delicious! I love the thin crust spinach and pepperoni. They have the best cinnamon rolls too.

Good buffet. I'm from out of town and we have many where I live. But this is one of the best I've been to.

We brought our kids, the food was good, staff was nice and the atmosphere was cool.

I've never had a bad experience here. Good food. Never a dirty environment. Very kind staff. Affordable even when in a pinch (costs the same if not less than a burger joint). Arcade is always a fun addition.

Tables could be cleaner.
Every time I walk in there our at least 10 tables dirty with leaving a few sitting options.

Vacation stop to feed 5 growing kids!! They ate 2 large pizzas (one meat lovers and other cheese) plus a box of cinnamon rolls after swimming!! Hot & fresh!!

Every single employee here was just being quiet and working. Super professional.

The Manager & staff went above and beyond to offer us great service even at the end of the night. We arrived at 9:05pm, closing time is at 10pm. We had some requests for different pizzas And they were baked quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. The salad bar was well stocked. We will most definitely go back to location #139.

I love this place! I've been going here my whole life! I love how they will make you a pizza at any request and they have a salad bar! Cici is still a #1 for the price and buffet!!

My kids love it. Very good food and the buffet items have great choices. You can even suggest pizzas your family likes.

My favorite pizza place! I visited last weekend and had a great time. The food was great, a good selection, and great atmosphere. I really love the Alfredo Cheese Pizza the best, so I always love seeing it when I stop by. I have been visiting for many years now and each time is always great. I hope the restaurant remains for many decades to come. Thank you!

I've eaten here at the buffet dozens of times.
Good: The veggies are fresh most of the time, the price is good, there are many kind employees, and even you can request whatever kind of pizza you want.

Bad: The pizza dough isn't very good, there aren't many options for desert and the buffet is small in general, the bathroom always smells funny, and overall cleanliness of the buffet space could be improved, as I see some real dirty folks walk in and we're all touching the utensils.

Suggestions: make some fruit and other healthy desert options available as there is only pineapple (the processed deserts taste good but I feel they are very bad for my health,) improve the quality of the dough used for the crust; add garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and a bottle of Italian herbs for seasoning to the salad bar, suggest that visitors wash their hands before they engage the salad bar, and make sure to switch out the utensils for the salad bar often with new, clean ones.

I've always loved this place. My kids love this place. Love the Buffalo chicken pizza, BBQ pizza, taco pizza, and so many more. If they don't have it out they are quick and nice about making it for you at your request. They have a small arcade area for the kids as well if you're into that.

Hands down the best Cici's Pizza I have ever went to. My family and I have been here the past 2 years during vacation and this is the ideal Cici's resturant to model all stores off of. The employees are nice and attentive, alerting customers when a new pizza is on the line. The store is extremely clean and each pizza is exactly what it should be. It isn't thrown together, it's made quick but not in a rush. I tell everyone this is the best Cicis and if they visit Hot Springs they have to go. The manager, a taller gentleman with black glasses, deserves a promotion and everyone on staff deserves a raise. He runs a very nice establishment. And he is also constantly staying busy, doing small task jobs like cleaning and rearranging the seating area. Things that most managers don't even think of doing.

We took our grandkids, and we Really enjoyed this location. Friendly staff, they kept fresh food out, kids loved the Cinnamon rolls tooand it was clean.

Hasn't been in a while, but has fresh pizza and it was all good.
