Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered the double flamethrower as it comes fries cheese curds and a snicker blizzard. Food was brought to our table. It was fresh and hot. I was able to get my ice cream after I ate so it didn't melt. Friendly staff as well.

I've heard of people having problems here but I never once ever have a problem with what I get here. My food has always been great.

Food was fresh and warm, the few people they had working tonight were all sweet and didn't make you wait wondering where they were. They acknowledged you when you came in!

I always have a good experience at this DQ, but today I'm inclined to express it in a review. I accidentally knocked my fries into the floor, and the young man who had waited on me was super quick to tell me he would bring a "fresh and hot" order to my table. While I relaxed (listening to their contemporary Christian music) and ate my lunch, I noticed the same kind of attention given to every customer, and every task attended to. The place was kept spotless. I hope the franchise owner reads this, so I can tell them that I was there on 8/3/23 at about noon. Kudos to the whole crew.

No other fast food business has met or exceeded quality of prepared foods, competitive prices, and/or length of time in business. Dairy Queen still holds the #1 spot with 83 years which amount to a whole lot of happy people.

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading back home and were very impressed by the restaurant and the staff. Right behind us as we arrived was a literal busload of kids coming for lunch as well. The staff were patient, friendly and efficient at serving everyone. I am lactose intolerant and they were able to change the sundae in my meal to a dairy free Dilly bar. The tables and chairs were all clean, the trash emptied, and the bathrooms were in good shape.

Each birthday we go to dairy Queen and get their famous ice cream cakes. We love them! Today is my son's birthday so he requested the oreo ice cream cake. We walked in and were greeted by the same friendly face most times that we stop here. Trey I want to thank you personally for your excellent customer service. He has always been professional, courteous, and very sweet to us. This type of service is greatly appreciated and won't be forgotten. We will continue to use Dairy Queen for our birthday cakes 😁

I really enjoyed the simple cheese burger and fries. The burger was perfectly prepared and the fries hot and crispy on the outside. Just the way I like them. However, the best part of this experience was how kind, patient and professional the staff were to our little group. Oh, and my cotton candy blizzard was divinely yummy:-)

The food was good and fresh. Customer service was nice.

We went for lunch today, Veterans Day. We both had the $7 lunch special. My wife had the chicken tenders and I had the cheeseburger. Both were hot and tasty. We both agreed that our fries were excellent also. To my surprise, the person at the counter noticed my vet cap and offered a free Blizzard. Well, I know their Blizzards are delicious, so I took one. I was right. It was delicious! Thank you.

Wonderful experience! Came in right at open and was greeted by a great staff member with red hair! She was super cool while we ordered and helped me figure out what kinda blizzard I wanted! We dined inside very clean and the food is delicious!!!

👍Havent been here in years from not living nearby but got to have lunch and was totally 😱amazed by the service the young man running the counter was providing! I am so often disappointed😡 with the ethics allowed to be acceptable from literally everywhere i go anymore so to find a place that is going above and beyond💯 todays standard of customer service is next to none. The young man was demonstrating the most impressive manners i have seen in some time. Never a 🤬grumble, 😤huff, nor 🙄dismissal of having to take orders, run food, and maintain a quick pace to keep the line from backing up. Im not sure if its required for them to run your food to the table when its ready but have always had to go pick ours up from the counter before this visit. I really ❤enjoyed that extra detail of surprise. It made me feel like i was special & 🤗appreciated. Plus the speed at which our order arrived at the table was super⏱ fast. We were provided with plenty of 🧻napkins, ketchup, 🧂salt & pepper without even having to ask for it. Amazing! Food was picture📸 perfect & i loved the little box the fries🍟 came in, sorry no photos, guess you'll have to go for your own visit and awesome service. I was so impresed i literally gave a few 💵dollars tip directly to the man that was working so hard & expressed my gratitude & how impressed i was bc i am not easily impressed with the services i receive anywhere else.

Went into the restaurant a couple of days ago and had a fabulous experience! From the friendly greeting upon arrival to walking out of the restaurant when done. Delila was a friendly and helpful employee. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for my family and I. I will continue to suggest Dairy Queen to all of our family and friends. :)

Stopped here after getting my mom out of the hospital and they were fairly busy. Despite all the confusion and rush, the employees and manager (Dylan) made sure not only were my mom and I taken care of, but so was everyone else. Fantastic food made that much better by fantastic people. :)

Food was great. They didn't have to come ask if we wanted our ice cream yet and get us to through a ft, Grace, please don't right now lol

Went to drive thru at 10:45am. Was very impressed with the service we were given. Ka'zon was extremely friendly and helpful. Made our morning much better (: You don't often get friendly service over an intercom. Food was excellent and very fresh! Excited to come back.

Workers seemed like they did not want to be there.
